Time Management as a Boss Babe
Managing Your Time As A Boss Babe
As a entrepreneur in network marketing, you will be incredibly busy if you want to take your business to the next level. Before you were recruited into the business, you may misremember being told that this was something easy you can do one the side, but the reality is you need to dedicate all of your time to the business. All of it!
So let's being with a simple exercise. Get that fancy stationery out and write down your current daily routine. Begin with the time you wake up in the morning and end with when you go to bed. Be honest with this exercise. You need to be honest so we can see where we can use more innovation.
Now take a look at your routine and ask yourself the following questions:
- Could I dedicate more time to my business?
- How much time do I spend procrastinating or being lazy?
- What can I change in my routine to make more time for the business?
- Am I really showing up every single day?
Listen babes, if you're not giving this business 110% every single day, then you're not on the journey to achieving financial freedom. So let's begin by creating a better daily routine that will keep you smashing all of your goals!
- What time do you get up in the morning? Not early enough! Every billionaire mindset person gets up at 4am! We all know this because they never shut up about how early they get up. So set your alarm for 4am. Your new routine begins tomorrow!
- Then you need to spend time rocking the biz before anyone else wakes up. This way you are getting yourself ahead of the game! Spend at least two hours making connections before you have done anything else.
- Between 6 and 7am is the best time to do a workout. Get that bod in order so you can sell the opportunity! Take a shower and prepare breakfast for your family at 7am.
- 7:30 until 8am is visualization/manifestation/affirmation time! Sit in front of your vision board and pray to the universe for a solid half an hour with a focus on your goals. This will reinforce your faith in the business and strengthen your success mindset.
- Then work non-stop for the next three hours! Jot down your content ideas for today, send out those messages, follow-up with yesterday's messages, check-in with your team... This is a LOT of work, so stay focused to stay productive. This is much better than working in an office.
- 11am should be dedicated to training. Usually you will have a conference call with your team, but if you don't, spend the time reading up on inspirational material such as my best selling book Go Empower Yourself or listen to a self-development podcast. Make sure to take notes!
- 12pm is lunch. Make something nutritious for your husband and children.
- 1pm is back to work! This is the best time to dedicate to further follow-ups. Don't forget to post a picture of your coffee!
- 5pm is dinner! Get back in the kitchen!
- 6pm until 9pm is another solid three hours of work.
- From 9pm you want to review your goals you set for the day. Did you achieve everything? If not then spend another extra hour working so you can take your business to the next level!
- At 10pm, you need to do your journaling. Write down your achievements, what you are thankful for and write down your affirmations. Then think about your goals for tomorrow. Write those goals down.
- If you have time before midnight, end your day with some more self-development material.
- Midnight is bedtime. Make sure you put on a podcast so you can develop yourself in your sleep.
