Before I introduce myself I want you to just imagine…
Imagine a life of abundance. Imagine earning as much money as you want simply by using your phone. Imagine being able to wake up anywhere in the world and having earned that money as you slept. Imagine being your own boss and setting your own schedule. Imagine being able to shop anywhere, buy organic and not have to think of the prices. Imagine living in a house so big you don’t even have a purpose for half the rooms. Imagine having a woman who comes twice a week to clean your toilets. Imagine driving a lambrini. Imagine having an abundance of designer handbags with gaudy logos. Imagine a life of time, locational and financial freedom. Imagine being able to empower other people to have exactly the same opportunity. Babes, this is my life.
Would you believe I achieved all of this and I am only 23 years old?
So let me introduce myself. My name is Amy and I am financially free. Just your ordinary white girl with humble beginnings in middle-class suburbia. From a very young age I knew I wasn’t cut out for the corporate world. It’s something that is innate in me. It’s something special. It’s something beautiful. My extensive experience of the corporate world showed me that there are fundamental flaws with the system. This realization happened when I worked as a waitress for a day at the age of seventeen. I had to work for a boss and I was highly criticized and belittled. I was told I was lazy because I showed up to work only two hours late, as if that’s a big deal. After defending myself and providing my own constructive criticism by pointing out she should actually be uplifting me and praising my effort, she told me I had a bad attitude and I was fired that day.
This was an important lesson for me. From that day on I promised myself that I would never work in such a toxic environment again. Surely there was another way to achieve success by bypassing the corporate ladder. What was missing was a career path that focused on empowerment and entrepreneurship, where I could choose to work on self-development in my own time and at my own pace without a boss threatening to fire me and that allowed me to make millions upon millions of dollars. Is that really so much to ask?
It wasn’t too long after this horrifying incident in the corporate world, that my prayers were finally answered. The day I turned 18 I received the opportunity of a lifetime. I had actually received several of these opportunities in the past, sometimes several times a day, but this was the first time I realized this is what I had been looking for all along. The answer was network marketing.
Network marketing is a life changing business opportunity for millions of people all over the world and is growing fast! I encourage absolutely everyone reading this book to join my team! It is a business that allows new entrepreneurs to sell products for a larger company to their family and friends for a commission. It’s a full-time side hustle. People in network marketing can also earn unlimited income by recruiting new people into the opportunity, meaning (mathematically speaking) your entire social network can achieve financial freedom.
My career in network marketing has been a life changer! Not only have I achieved financial freedom, but I have empowered a huge tribe (the industry term for “team”) of women to work towards the same goals. Everyday I am impacting lives. Nothing feels more rewarding than empowering women as long as they make me money. They work incredibly hard to climb their way up the ranks of the business and in return I receive wealth in the form of comically oversized bonus checks.
After three years in the business I was a double-purple-platinum-senior-area-CEO-unicorn-president-consultant-director-distributor, the second highest rank in the company, just above triple-senior-virgo-regional-gold-managing-director-moon-coach-sales-person and just below quadruple-diamond-crown-vice-president-boss-green-pegasis-leader-national-director-of-sales. My goal to reach the top meant I had to recruit a further 150,000 new team members, which of course was a realistic aim, but after seeing all of the lives I had impacted and transformed, I decided to partially retire myself and dedicate all of my time to sharing my secrets of success in network marketing.
The self-improvement industry boom was just happening when I entered the game. I would hold seminars in fancy hotels over weekends for as little as $500! As word grew, my audience grew. Soon I was selling out theatres! In fact, this April I will be holding three weekend seminars in which I will give you all the tools you need for success. Tickets are only $650 for today only! Then of course I began writing this book which I am manifesting to sell millions. My aim is to give you all the tools you need to become successful in network marketing: how network marketing works, defining jargon in the business, debunking common myths, how to build your team and ultimately how to become financially free.

Chapter 1
Why Choose Network Marketing?
“I don’t pick myself up by my bootstraps. I pick myself up by my high heels.”
In this world there are only two career options: a corporate job (also often called a 9-5) and network marketing. From the day we are born, we are raised to have ambitions within the corporate world. It’s what our school systems teach our children. Our teachers do not encourage open mindedness, but instead command us to obey and conform to hyper-capitalist ideals by teaching us maths and literature. Even the media we consume is corporate propaganda, encouraging us to become nothing but cogs in the machine. Think of how many movies make high school and college seem like a glamorous rite of passage, even though it is a guaranteed failure if your goal is financial freedom.
These movies never show the realities of working a corporate job, which means working in a gray office. All corporate jobs are miserable. Eight hours a day spent sitting at a small desk, surrounded by hundreds of identical desks, aimlessly typing, taking phone calls and making spreadsheets. You forgot your job title long ago. You don’t even know the name of the company you work for. It doesn’t matter. It’s all the same. You imagine your multi-millionaire CEO being on a cruise ship right now, while you make some charts for his next business meeting. You won’t even get a thank you.
You will likely work the same position for your entire career without any real chance of promotion. Your entire career will be based on the 40:40:40 system- work for 40 hours a week for 40 years for a 40 cent a year pay rise. Only 40 cents in a whole year? What’s that going to buy you? That’s barely even an extra large caramel spice mochalattechino with extra cream and sprinkles and a side of fries. That’s not even the fries!
Corporate jobs themselves are also, what we call in the network marketing industry, pyramid schemes and pyramid schemes are scams, therefore all corporate jobs are scams! This is very simply explained: a pyramid is triangular shaped, with one guy at the top making all the money and then he has layers of people below him. Well that’s how a corporate job is also structured! You have a CEO at the top, possibly earning millions off your hard work! You then have your managers who make less money than the CEO, but more than you. Then the supervisors and then the normal workers at the bottom. Also similarly to a pyramid scheme, it is actually impossible to be promoted beyond your superiors for some reason. This is why network marketing is different.
Network marketing is the perfect solution to the corporate scam and is the absolute correct choice for everyone. Even though you may still be making a CEO rich, you are also your own CEO like everyone else in the business! You can earn as much money as you want, even more than those above you. You get to be your own boss and work 24/7 instead of being a slave to a 9-5.
Network marketing companies make billions of dollars every year in revenue from sales and recruitment. They also make millions through tax write offs by donating to charities you’ve never heard of. Unlike corporate CEO’s, network marketing CEO’s put the CEO’s under them first. Their generosity is on a level you will never ever see in the corporate world.
There are endless additional benefits when you choose to become a business owner through network marketing including: never having to work a corporate job ever again, being able to set your own schedule, the opportunity to travel, work from anywhere, earn massive bonuses, meet amazing new people, have no days off, spend all of your time with your family, lift up other women and earn a FREE car! You will be welcomed into a culture of empowerment and growth!
Now you may think this sounds all too good to be true.
So anyway, network marketing is an opportunity where everyone can become rich. It takes elements from other businesses such as commissions-only based selling and ponzi schemes and creates something revolutionary in a beautiful funneled structure with a generous and easy-to-follow compensation plan, which we will go over in detail in its own chapter later.
As a general rule, it doesn’t matter which network marketing company you join as they have the same structure. It all depends on your preference of product. You could sell a range of different products to your family and friends from garishly patterned clothing, to overpriced vitamins, to basic quality make-up to laxative coffee. Whatever you sell doesn’t really matter because this isn’t really a sales job- it’s a recruitment job! The real money comes from your ability to empower others by selling them the dream!
It’s not always easy getting there, but with this book I will show you the techniques on how to build your team and take your business to the next level. Once you have implemented my techniques and have built a team of determined, driven entrepreneurs, the money will start rolling in and you’ll be on your way to financial freedom. Anything is possible with this business and like me, you too will be able to retire yourself before the age of 30.

Chapter 2
The Business Opportunity
“We’re not in the nutrition business. We’re in the relationships business!”
It all started with an opportunity.
Every single one of us has dreams. Dreams of having an abundance of stuff and being able to shop for more. Dreams of being able to travel. Dreams of being the envy of everyone you know. Dreams of financial freedom. Unfortunately, whether we like it or not, no matter how much we want it, life-changing business opportunities and the answer to our dreams don’t just fall from the sky. They come from unsolicited social media messages from old acquaintances or from girls who bullied us in high school.
You know how it goes. You’re just aimlessly scrolling through your social media looking at nothing in particular. It’s automatic, compulsive. You should really be talking to your partner right now, but you haven’t checked your feed in over ten minutes! You’re not even thinking. Your eyes are becoming unfocussed with your mouth drooling slightly. You see another boring picture of someone’s meal, another photo of someone’s grandson, some news article about how the government is putting spy cameras in shoelaces.... blah blah blah. You’re feeling uninspired while somehow simultaneously feeling envious of your friends’ boring lives as you wonder what the hell you are doing with yours. You scroll more, as you always do.
Ping!
It begins.
At first the sound is insignificant to you. It’s likely Uncle Joe again, asking to borrow money for smokes. Meh. You click on it anyway. How much does he need this time?
You read it.
“Hey hun, how have you been doing. I just want to say i think your sooo [insert personal quality here]. I love your feed and i think youd be great at doing what i do. I need some yummy mummies just like you who need to shed those extra baby pounds! All you have to do is test out our amazing products (which you need to pay for btw) and post about how much you luv them! I have just three openings left if you want to get in on this business. Id love four you to join me on my journey!”
Now you don’t have children, but that doesn’t matter because in that moment the world is suddenly radiating a warm rose gold. Your hair starts to glow with shining chunky highlights. You look up and see your old acquaintance smiling at you from the heavens as the choir of angels sing Rachel Platten’s Fight Song. You look down and see a “Hakuna Matata” tattoo on your foot. This is it. The answer to your dreams. Everything is going to be different. This business has chosen you.
It is vital that you immediately say “yes” to the opportunity! Great opportunities should not be slept on, pondered upon, thought about. Jump in with two feet babes! Does it matter if you’re not entirely sure what the opportunity exactly is? Absolutely not! It’ll all figure itself out. Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions. You really have nothing to lose. This is the first step in achieving financial freedom. You’ve got this!
Immediately after accepting the opportunity, you will be welcomed into a team of amazing female entrepreneurs. There are several interchangeable names for such people including distributors, CEO’s, business owners, consultants or (as we prefer) boss babes, (it sounds more professional that way). Just like that, overnight, you will have a brand new family ready to inspire and empower you, who support your journey in network marketing and strive towards financial freedom.
The next step in the process, like all entrepreneurs, is to buy your very first starter kit. A starter kit is usually a box or bag of everything you need to get started in your career in network marketing except additional inventory, an adequate supply of samples, stationery, party supplies and marketing materials. Other costs, such as training, will also come down the line. Most kits will contain a welcome pack, a few products, a couple of samples and a catalogue for a couple hundred bucks.
If you want to take this opportunity seriously, then you will be required to purchase the largest starter kit available. Don’t worry about the initial costs because of course all businesses require expenses to start themselves up. If you wanted to start up a restaurant, then you’d need tens of thousands of dollars in start-up costs, so spending a few hundred on a starter kit in order to achieve financial freedom is basically the same as giving yourself money. It’s called an investment and if you know anything about investing in network marketing, it’s that it is guaranteed to pay off if you put in a little effort. The more you invest, the larger the payoff in the future. This is finances 101.
As soon as your starter kit arrives, you have made it as a fully qualified network marketer. This is your first day as an official boss babe on a mission to build your own business empire. The first step in achieving financial freedom.
So, where do we go from here?
Chapter 3
Understanding the Compensation Plan
“A boss babe doesn’t man up. She levels up!”
No matter which network marketing company you choose to join, you can be guaranteed that they provide the most generous compensation plan, or compassion plan as I prefer to call them. These plans make it clear that you, as a business owner, are their number one priority. It’s basically charity. Each plan is meticulously and carefully pieced together with love and care, a level of compassion that is impossible to find in any other business.
When reading a compassion plan for the first time, many people feel a little intimidated by the level of detail. Firstly, I urge you not to feel intimidated, but to feel appreciation for the fine craft of the plan. Think of it as looking at a painting or sculpture. You don’t have to understand it to admire the work. Nevertheless, I am here to walk you through a typical compassion plan example step-by-step and then you’ll see that it’s actually pretty straight forward.
So let’s use a typical example.
There are six levels from Level 0 to Level 5. Some companies have fewer levels, others more. Regardless, each level will come with a professional sounding title that will impress all of your friends and peers. However, for pure simplicity’s sake, we will just call them Level 0 to 5.
Level 0 (L0) is a brand new distributor with no new recruits under them (downline). As a L0, it is your goal to rank up as soon as possible. L0 receives a 20% commission on sales, but only if they sell $200 worth of product and purchase at least $100 of personal volume (PV) for that month. L0 must pay a $150 annual fee in order to stay active within the company. Failure to meet sales quota three months in a row will result in termination from the company, unless membership is renewed for a $200 fee.
Level 1 (L1) has three people in their downline at L0 or L1. L1 receives a $50 bonus for each new L0 recruit and 5% of each L0 sales and 7% of each L1 sales. L1 must make at least $1000 per month in sales, 50% of these sales must be made by their downline, which is split equally between downline members, unless L1 has more than six members, in which case 75% of sales must be made by downline, but the compensation which L1 can claim goes down to 3%, but goes up to 10% once downline reach $1500 in sales and L1 reaches $800 in personal sales. L1 must purchase a PV of $1000 unless they recruit two L1s and an L0 for that month, then PV is $500. L1 must maintain targets for two months to retain rank, otherwise L1 is terminated from the company, unless membership is renewed for a $200 fee. After which, L1 rank is retained.
Level 2 (L2) must have a downline of at least 100 people in L0 and L1. L2 must achieve at least $10,000 in sales. Same terms apply as L1 except L2 can receive 12% in commission from downline no matter how much is sold. After L2 makes $25,000 in sales from self or team, then they automatically qualify for annual company cruise. Downlines are not qualified unless they are also L2 and their downline achieves the same goals. L2 is entitled to a $200 bonus for each new recruit who ranks to L1 and a $50 bonus from each L1’s new recruit. L2 must maintain a PV of $1500 a month. L2 must maintain sales quota every single month, otherwise they immediately lose rank and are demoted to L1.
Level 3 (L3) needs a team of 500 members including thirty L2s. L3 is eligible for a $5000 bonus which is paid in installments over two years as long as rank is maintained, otherwise payments end and the rest of the bonus is not received. Sales target is $75,000, 30% of which must be in starter kits and PV for downline. L3 earns 15% in commissions from all downline members. All L3s automatically qualify to attend annual cruise and exclusive leadership training events. Hotel and travel are not paid for. No free water. L3 receives bonuses of $100 at random. Losing 40% of downline without replacement will result in demotion to L2. Monthly PV is $1500 unless the team doubles monthly quota or ten new people are recruited into L0 or five are promoted into L1, then PV is $500. Sales quotas are to be met and team size maintained or increased in order to keep rank. If the aforementioned conditions are not met for one month, L3 is dropped from the business or must pay a $200 renewal fee and be demoted to L2 or below.
Level 4 (L4) must have a downline of 1000 members. L4 qualifies for cruise, exclusive leadership training events, free pens and the exclusive car bonus. Car bonus is non-optional and non-negotiable and the lease will be paid for by the company in the L4’s name as long as rank is retained. Sales quota is $100,000. L4 is eligible for a $20,000 bonus as long as sales target is beaten by 200% for three consecutive months, as long as only 25% of sales belong to the L4, unless L4 increased recruitment by 10% in that month compared to target. Sales target includes 100 starter kits or $30,000 in PV for downline. The $20,000 bonus will be paid in $200 monthly installments over eight years as long as rank is retained. PV is only $100 as L4 is expected to dedicate more time to recruitment and leadership rather than sales. L4 is entitled to 20% in commissions in all sales from downline, unless sales targets are not met by at least 10%, then L4 earns 17% in commissions. If sales targets are not met by 11%, then L4 is immediately terminated from the company with no chance of paying a renewal fee, but they will still be required to pay the annual fee for three years.
Level 5 (L5) L5 has a downline of 20,000+ members and earns 25% commissions from downlines. L5 qualifies for cruise, car bonus and exclusive secretive orgies with the company founders. It is a requirement to teach at training events and give speeches at conferences, where L5 can earn generous bonuses from $500 to $20,000. Hotels not included. L5’s are also contractually obligated to deal with public relations and damage control on a regular basis for no extra pay. PV and the annual fee are no longer required and demotion to lower ranks is no longer possible, however L5 must personally sell 200 starter kits a month, otherwise annual fees apply once again or the L5 is terminated from the company. If L5 has managed to quadruple their team within the last twelve months, then they are eligible for a $500,000 bonus paid in installments over ten years as long as rank is retained. If L5 has quadrupled their team within six months, then they are entitled to a $1million bonus to be paid over a period of fifteen years in the form of cash, coupons for PV and in expired product.
As you can see, the compassion plan really is so straightforward to follow. Like everything in life, what you put in is what you get out. If you put in the work now, make the necessary short-term sacrifices, then you too will achieve financial freedom through the plan. As long as you push those sales and continue growing your team, you will make it to the top in no time. It really couldn’t be made more simple.
Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions.
The Income Disclosure Statement
To complement the compassion plan, most network marketing businesses also have an income disclosure statement (IDS). This provides a breakdown of how much people in network marketing earn and how quickly you can expect to take your business to the next level. It is also a requirement to provide the IDS whenever you mention financial freedom, as it helps to solidify your point.
Once again, we will walk through a typical example. This is the IDS from my company from three years ago, which only measures the income from active distributors. To be active means you have paid for membership and maintained sales quota and PV for one month within the last twelve. It is estimated up to fifty percent of all distributors are inactive and are therefore not earning any income from the business. Those people are termed “kit nappers,” meaning they join the business to solely own the exclusive starter kits and take advantage of the generous discounts. We all know someone who joins network marketing for the discount. They’re all over social media. They won’t stop posting about the amazing deals!
The IDS can look a little complicated because data is hard to understand, but as they say in business, the bottom line is what matters. So just focus all of your attention there. Highlight it and circle it. Focus purely on that bottom line. See how much you could be earning? That’s possible if you work hard enough. This is solid proof that you can absolutely achieve financial freedom in this business.
Chapter 4
What to Expect on Your First Team Call
“If you don’t take action to achieve your goals, then you’re chasing your dreams on a treadmill.”
As a business owner in network marketing, you will be required to attend regular team calls (also known as conference or opportunity calls), sometimes as often as daily. These calls are often done over video chat. In a regular corporate conference call, you may discuss company performance, projections for the next quarter and strategies to maximize profits. Network marketing is a little different because it’s more like play-pretend business meeting.
Your upline (the person who recruited you into the business and the people who recruited them) will lead the call. Regular team members are not expected to contribute because they are too busy being yelled at. It is your role to ensure you are in attendance, take as many notes as possible and agree with absolutely everything that is said to you.
Professionalism is key to a team call. Business casual or smart casual attire is not needed, rather the dress code requires messy buns, oversized sweaters and too much make-up. Often your upline will use casual and crude language while swigging an alcoholic beverage. Those beneath are not permitted to speak at all, but are welcomed to drink along.
Being a newbie, you’d perhaps be expecting some training from your team calls. Maybe something to do with sales techniques; taxes; making a profit and loss spreadsheet; or product education. None of that will be discussed.
Team calls always cover the same three topics: recruitment, motivation and empowerment. Each of these will be discussed in more detail in this book to really give you a head start in this business. It is extremely unusual to have a team call that does not cover any of these three main topics and it is common for most points to be repeated several times, even within the same call.
Because we want to move away from the toxic environment of the corporate world, team calls start off on a positive note before moving onto the yelling. Your upline will tell you how excited she is to be on the call today before whooping for a solid three minutes. Expect a couple of inspirational quotes to be thrown in there. She will then tell her team that they all need to hold themselves accountable for not making six figures yet, regardless of whether or not they’ve barely started in the business. It may even be your first day as a network marketer.
Even though, as mentioned, you are not required to participate in the call, you will be scolded for sitting there and not working your business as you listen to the call. You will be accused of wasting your upline’s precious time. She will tell you she could be spending her time with her children right now, but she had to make this team call to tell you how much you’re not rocking the business enough. If she’s feeling extra spicy, she will outright tell you that you are too lazy.
This is empowering.
All of this is because your upline believes in her team. This is what women uplifting other women looks like. She is empowering you by giving you the motivation to recruit people into this business. By the end of the team call you should be feeling overwhelming gratitude because your upline took the time out of her busy day to make sure you can take your business to the next level. She is expecting results by tomorrow and you’re feeling motivated and determined to show them!
Congratulations. You made it through your first team call. Expect the exact same thing for every call moving forward.
Chapter 5
What is Recruitment?
“Don’t allow a bad sales day, week, month or year make you feel like you have a bad business.”
As network marketing is different from the corporate world, the definition of the term “recruitment” may be different to what you thought. In this business, it simply means to sign someone up to the business under you. No need for an interview, selection process or background checks. This business is for everyone because we are about inclusiveness, opportunity and empowerment. I’m pretty sure I have a convicted murderer in my downline.
As stated before, in network marketing, your job is primarily a recruitment job rather than a sales job. It is your duty to spend the majority of your time growing your team as fast and as large as possible so you can climb those ranks up the triangle and achieve financial freedom. The ratio of time you want to dedicate to recruiting versus everything else is about 99:1. Recruitment, recruitment, recruitment!
Once you have recruited enough boss babes in your downline, then the business becomes self-sustainable and recruits itself. Every new boss babe you recruit could be potentially signing-up one hundred new people. The way it works is that one boss babe recruits three or more boss babes under them, those boss babes then recruit more boss babes, and those boss babes recruit more and so on. The number of people you can recruit is literally infinite, which is why your earnings potential is infinite. Just a never-ending chain of boss babes becoming millionaires. There are literally no flaws with this business structure. Think about it.
It should, on average, take you just a few weeks to build a tribe of over one hundred boss babes if you work your business enough. Your tribe will be a sisterhood. You have a very precious, sacred relationship that is so much stronger than any other relationship you'll ever have because you are all working towards financial freedom. You are all on this important, life-transforming journey together, achieving your goals and building empires all from your phones. Your tribe will be unstoppable. This is more than just a business. This is family!
This very special and unique business model is literally changing the business world. When you recruit a new boss babes into your tribe, you are empowering them by introducing them to the path to financial freedom. The more boss babes you can rescue from 9-5 corporate jobs the better. Literally everyone has the potential to be their own founder of a multi-billion dollar company within the same company. This is the future and now is the time to become a part of it!
Converting as many people as possible to network marketing is vital if we want to start the revolution of entrepreneurship and empowerment. If you love the people in your life, then you would recruit them into network marketing. We need to share the opportunity like it’s gospel. Non-stop persuading and pestering until everyone you know is in your team. Steer every interaction and conversation towards the opportunity. Your financial well-being depends on it!
It is important to remember that your network marketing team will never be complete. Until you achieve financial freedom, you will be recruiting people constantly, even if you reach the top of the triangle. Unfortunately, it will be necessary to replenish those who leave your team (techniques on how to prevent this will be discussed later). Rest assured, it is absolutely possible for anyone to reach the top, so therefore there is no reason why everyone can’t. Build that team and climb those ranks, babes! You can even skip the bottom level entirely by recruiting your mother, husband and sister on the same day you sign up. See how easy it is? You’re already a boss with a team and have earned a $150 bonus before you’ve even started!
Now we have established what recruitment is, we will later go over specific techniques to build your team, but before then, let’s discuss why we're going on this journey in the first place!
Chapter 6
Defining Success
“A journey begins with a single starter kit.”
In a hyper-capitalist and consumerist world, the general definition of ultimate happiness is to have an abundance of wealth and stuff. In network marketing, you will have reached success when you have accumulated enough wealth to never have to work again, meaning you can spend all of your time with your family, shopping for luxurious goods or travelling to random nondescript beaches to laze around drinking cocktails. When you are blessed with financial freedom, you can live a lifetime of laziness, greed and entitlement, and so can your children too. That’s the American Dream.
However, success on its own is not just having an abundance of wealth. Social status is just as vital as owning stuff. It is within our nature to have an incessant need to reach the level of popularity we once had in high school. Not only do we desire to be popular within our communities, but online as well. Nowadays social status isn’t simply defined by how many friends you have and whether or not you’re some sort of sports captain. It’s now defined by raw numbers: likes, followers, subscribers, empty complements and meaningless admiration. All of this defines success.
The purpose of gaining social status is that it makes us feel powerful by creating a sense of envy amongst our peers. As a good Christian, I know that envy is one of the seven deadly sins along with idleness, spite, rage, fear, indulgence and ignorance. This can be a motivating factor for people to join your team and achieve financial freedom with you. Let go of the envy and instead become the envy of others. While being envied is something to be avoided in many cultures, in American middle-class suburbia is the ultimate desire. After all, what is the point of financial freedom if it isn’t validated through the envy of others?
Network marketing is the guaranteed way to reach this level of power if you work hard enough. Social status and owning too much stuff fills the void and feeling of meaninglessness. Did you know that every successful woman in the world achieved their wealth and status through network marketing? It’s true because I saw it on someone’s post once.
Now, you may be one of the more modest types of people and say that you have all you need to get by already. If this is the case, then babes, you’re not setting your goals high enough. Do you want financial freedom or do you want to be a corporate rat in that gray office for the rest of your life? Don’t be afraid to have big goals and ambitions. We nurture and validate those goals because we’re all in it together.
So how do we reach success? Well there’s only one way and that is to have a success mindset.
Chapter 7
Success Mindset
“No women made it to the history books because they settled for the ordinary. Be the next to be written about.”
You. Need. To. Show. Up. Every. Single. Day.
This is a mantra you will hear from every single business trainer or mindset trainer. A clever thing they will often do is clap on every syllable. But what does it mean exactly? Show up to where?
Most people agree that YNTSUESD refers to success mindset (sometimes called abundance mindset) which is a word that will be heard in every network marketing company. It is the number one tool that you need in order to become successful. Luckily for you, just like YNTSUESD, it isn’t something that can be explicitly defined, meaning it can mean essentially what you want it to. You may have even attended several workshops on how to improve your success mindset and received contradictory information. This is normal. So don’t worry.
You may have even heard of made up quotes from famous Big Tech billionaires who dropped out of college. Usually something like, “I owe everything to my success mindset and network marketing!” or “If I could start all over again, I’d keep practicing my success mindset and join network marketing to sell nail wraps.” These wise words are how many of us have heard the word success mindset and show that it really is all you need to become a billionaire.
My personal definition of success mindset is a success focussed obsession disguised as discipline, which is intensified by the belief that you are already successful. Whether you are actually successful or not is irrelevant because you can’t reach success without it, except you will be successful anyway because if your success mindset is strong enough, you will be successful. You really cannot argue against this reasoning.
Success mindset is what keeps you rising and grinding everyday to work the hustle. It should never be let go. It reminds you that every single daily activity is an opportunity to rock your business. Ideally you should be success focussed for the entire of your waking hours. It should be your default way of thinking, to the point of literal obsession- completely and utterly mentally consumed by it.
You need to work your business beyond the point of absolute obsession, exhaustion and burnout and still have a smile on your pretty face.
This isn’t something that’s admitted by many network marketing trainers because they prefer to dance around it, but I want to be frank and honest. This is what it takes to reach financial freedom. If you work on your success mindset, then you will be able to work yourself into the ground, but in a positive way.
Of course success mindset takes some practice and a little work. Think of it as like training for a marathon. Most people don’t just wake up with the ability to run over twenty miles in the same way most people don’t just wake up being able to rock their business for over twenty hours a day. Chapter 8
The Law of Attraction
“Half of the journey is having the courage to keep going forward, no matter what the girls from high school from fifteen years ago think of you.”
Time for a little lesson in misunderstood physics. Vibrations (or vibes) are at the core of all existence. Everything in the world and universe is made of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. There are two types of frequencies which lie on one of two binary sides: positive and negative. It is an absolute fact of science, like two sides of a magnet, two ends of a battery or math. One would think that both vibes are equal in terms of power, but this is a common misunderstanding. Negative vibes are actually more naturally occurring and are stronger than positive vibes, which is why we need to make the effort every single day to build the strength to radiate only positivity and block out all negativity. When the vibes are negative, then this causes disruption with positive vibes, meaning positive things cannot happen.
There are several ways to repair the bad vibes, all involve overpowering them with good vibes. Perhaps you know this already through your essential oil business. Lavender is filled with so many good vibes it resurrects the dead.
You may have heard the phrase “positive vibes only.” Usually this is used in conjunction with “I hate drama!” and other good living tips. This phrase must be taken in it’s absolute most literal sense. In order to reach success, you must live a life of absolute positivity at all times. This includes the way you behave, the way you feel and the way you think. Only when you achieve a life of complete and utter positivity will you be able to become financially free.
Most people have heard of the New Thought pseudoscientific movement called the Law of Attraction (LOA). All successful entrepreneurs live by this principle and it is the absolute key to unlocking your success mindset and achieving your goals.
The way the LOA works is incredibly simple. Almost too simple, as if it was made up by someone who doesn’t understand the basic laws of physics. It stems from the just-world hypothesis which means it’s scientific. The just-world hypothesis is the belief that the universe sets everything to be fair and balanced. Good behaviour and thoughts (therefore good vibes) attract positive outcomes. Bad behaviours and thoughts (bad vibes) attract negative outcomes. Like attracts like. Simple, right? When we ignore the injustices of the world, it’s obvious how absolutely true this is.
In a very famous book, written by non-physicist, non-economist, non-academic in anything in particular Wanda Brine, we learn that our minds essentially work like a kind of radio which sends out vibes at incredibly powerful frequencies out into the universe. Although these vibes have never been demonstrated to exist (despite their sheer power), Brine insists that they determine whether or not the universe gives us stuff like designer handbags. Good thoughts create wealth and fast cars, negative thoughts create fake designer handbags and disease.
The LOA is a similar concept to the incorrectly interpreted Western version of karma. Although karma lies at the core of the belief of reincarnation in Indian religions, Western people have taken it upon themselves to decide that karma applies within a lifetime, many times. You do good, the universe gives you good things. You do bad things, the universe punishes you. However, this interpretation of karma is a little more passive as consequences happen with no influence from the individual over the universe. With the LOA, it is a more purposeful effort to manifest stuff. With karma the universe controls you, but with the LOA you control the universe.
In order for you to really get what you want from the universe and therefore for the LOA to work in your favor, then you need to perform manifestations, which is used synonymously with affirmations and visualisations. Most people generally don’t distinguish the difference between these terms, nor does it matter because it’s all made up anyway. Manifestations/affirmations/visualisations are the self-indoctrinating practice of deluding yourself that you already have the outcomes you desire until the universe actually gives them to you. Not only do you have to think about the outcomes you want, you have to genuinely believe at the bottom of your soul that they are coming. Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions.
It’s kind of like faking it ‘til you make it, which isn’t really a lie if you’re going to make it eventually. If you live life as if you were successful, then it is technically true.
You can practice your manifestations/affirmations/visualisations in several ways. A very effective method is to create a vision board, which will be discussed later as this ties heavily into goal setting. Another can be setting time aside each day to sit in quiet prayer to the universe for that financial freedom. You can also use mantras, which are sentences you say over and over again on loop for a certain period of time everyday. Mantras are incredibly effective as they are perhaps the most efficient form of self-indoctrination. If you tell yourself something often enough, eventually you will begin to believe it. To prove my point, I carried out a personal experiment with the manifestation: “Transilvania exists” and now I believe in my soul that it’s a real place. Remember, that all manifestations/affirmations/visualisations must be said or thought with absolute conviction. Otherwise the universe won’t take you seriously.
A specific time should be set aside everyday for your manifestations/affirmations/visualisations. Find a quiet spot in your house, ideally in front of a mirror. You may wish to decorate the space with fairy lights, furry cushions and a Live, Laugh, Love sign to create the right atmosphere. Look at yourself in the eye and chant each manifestation/affirmation/visualisation over and over again until the words have lost their meaning, and then chant some more. Do this every single day to maximize your success mindset and until you have achieved financial freedom. If you feel any kind of doubt during the process, then you need to double the time you spend on your manifestations/affirmations/visualisations. Keep practicing until all negativity is so suppressed, you’ll only radiate positive vibes.
Just to get you started with your own matras, here are some mantras that I personally used to help me achieve financial freedom:
I am building a billion dollar empire.
I am confident, competent and deserving of financial abundance.
I welcome all of the abundance that is coming into my life.
The LOA really can make the most frivolous and unrealistic of dreams a reality if you just delude yourself enough. One of the best things about the LOA is that there is absolutely no focus on the steps it takes to reach your goals because to think about plans of action is to doubt the system for some reason. Instead, you only focus on the absolute end result. No plans. Only outcomes.
It is important to remember that, even though the LOA is an absolute truth, the period of time it takes for the universe to grant your wishes is always unspecified. You just have to remain faithful to the system, otherwise doubts will mean that you will start to radiate negative vibes and your wishes won’t come true. You must never ever engage in negative thinking, emotions or actions. If anything in your life goes wrong, then it’s obviously because you manifested it! Remember that negative vibes are stronger than the positive. Negative things are easy to manifest without even thinking, positive things require discipline and brainwashing.
There are many criticisms of the LOA. One of the primary criticisms is that it encourages something called “toxic positivity.” I laugh a little when I hear this phrase and you should laugh too, which is joyful. Living a life of mandatory positivity can never be toxic. That is the definition of positivity. So ignore anyone who ever says the phrase because it’s a lie and obviously negative and therefore should be ignored. As a rule of thumb, absolutely all criticism of the LOA should be avoided at all costs, even if it means cutting loved ones out of your life. What could be more positive than that?
Chapter 9
You Control Your Emotions
“Choose positivity and you can do anything.”
I’m not a psychologist. Almost all network marketing trainers have zero experience in psychology, but trust us, we know how emotions work. Did you know that you have complete and utter control of how you feel at all times? Did you know you can simply choose to feel happiness? That’s not true, but it doesn’t matter because in network marketing, we pretend it is.
Emotions are a core talking point for every single training session. Much like religious oppression, trainers have a tendency to deny basic human nature. Their argument is that by simply choosing your emotions, you will have an optimum success mindset and a positive attitude that will manifest financial freedom. It’s what makes you show up every single day. Remember, negative vibes, including negative emotions, attract negative outcomes.
Emotional regulation is innovation. The way we can do this and choose happiness every single day is by changing our perspectives on emotions, particularly negative ones. Doubt can be a significant barrier, particularly when it comes to chasing that next rank. Often it can be what is stopping someone from joining network marketing in the first place. Here is what “doubt” stands for: discouraging oneself under bad thoughts! Take a second to write that down. I’ll wait…
By this definition, doubt is all in your head. It’s the negative vibes holding you back from taking that next step in your business. This is what happens when you listen to haters. When we really examine doubt, there is no rationality behind it. It’s very similar to being afraid. Afraid stands for: actually forgetting rationality and in denial. By being aware of these definitions, then we can start to take control. It gives us perspective and understanding and the ability to compartmentalize these feelings. Once you learn how to push those feelings to the side, then you will have the freedom to take the next leap of faith to success. Remember that faith stands for: focussed action in today’s happiness. Psychology!
Another trick to choosing happiness is to actually interpret negative emotions as positive ones, so no matter what you’re feeling- you’re always actually feeling happiness. Fear is an example of this. Fear actually stands for: feeling energized and realistic! Use that adrenaline of pure terror you feel to go out there and get those recruits to your business! Yeah! Feel the joy! Maybe today you feel angry, well that’s an acronym for: attacking negativity. Grind & rise, you! I don’t know about you, but I feel euphoric just writing that. Perhaps you feel sad right now. Well that’s a doozy. Sad means: sassy and determined! Pure bliss!
I’m not trying to tell you what emotions you should have, but having the correct emotions is the only way to achieve financial freedom. I hear countless testimonials everyday that say, “Wow, thanks. I’m cured.” This is the proof that choosing happiness is a powerful and effective message. It’s what gives you the energy and success mindset to rock your business to its fullest potential every single day. Remember, that for optimal success mindset, you need to choose happiness at all hours. It’s a permanent state of being.
Once we choose happiness, then the logical conclusion is that financial freedom is a choice too. Remember joy is just optimal you.
Chapter 10
Goal Setting
“Never underestimate the power of delusional thinking.”
So now you’ve got your success mindset, understand the basics of the LOA and know how emotions work, you now need to set your business goals. Just like wine, goals are fluid, meaning they change often, sometimes even as often as daily. So it is vital that you keep setting your goals again and again and again. There are two types of goals: long term and short term. The ultimate long term goal is of course financial freedom, but of course we need to assess what our other long term goals are.

Now, first of all, what exactly is a vision board? Well, at first glance it looks identical to a collage made out of magazines that a child created, but it’s actually much more profound than that because you paid for the magazine yourself. A vision board contains images of all of your ultimate goals in life- a visual representation of what perpetual and absolute happiness looks like to you.
Similarly to how a shrine works, vision boards are kept in a prominent location where it will be looked at and prayed to for about fifteen minutes or so everyday. You may wish to keep it in the same place you practice your manifestations/affirmations/visualisations. Having this sacred space helps to focus your mind as you radiate your materialistic vibes out into the universe. I’m not saying your vision board will be an idol, but you will need to basically treat it as such. As we have learned from the LOA, after you have visualized your goals long enough then they will become a reality.
So let’s start setting our goals! First, you need to get your team of boss babes round for a vision board business conference meeting. Don’t forget to bring the wine! Yay! You must feel like a serious professional already.
So you will need a board, some magazines, maybe some printed out images, scissors, glue, stickers and maybe some glitter. It is important that clear instructions are given because you can’t empower women if they don’t know how to make a collage. Don’t believe me, then check out online publications marketed towards housewives that give instructions on an unnecessary level of detail.
Next, cut out or print images that represent your ultimate long-term goals such as travel, handbags and massive, fuel guzzling cars. Whatever goals you set, remember to always set them high! It is unacceptable to simply aim for financial comfort- you’re chasing after financial freedom! Keep your team in check if they’re also not setting your goals high enough. Make sure you’re all reaching for the stars because you all deserve a life of abundance! Be unashamed of your materialistic desires and greed. How can we set goals, if we aren’t being honest with what we really want? This is why wine helps. It gets you over the shame.
Sometimes you may want to use your vision board for repeated success. When I create my vision boards for example, I usually add some trinkets from past events that I want to go to again. One year I added the ticket for one of my free work trips and (get this!) I got invited back on that trip again the following year! So it totally works! This can’t be a coincidence. There is literally no other explanation to how this could have happened! This is the LOA in action!
Strangely I haven’t been back on that surf vacation again, but I will. I just need to visualise it more.
Next you need to arrange your images on your board in a visually pleasing order and then stick them down. Once the glue is dry, place the vision board in the special prominent spot you have chosen. You could even have several vision boards throughout your home so you are constantly thinking about your goals.
One of the good things about vision boards is that, as mentioned earlier, your goals can be fluid and you can change and alter your vision board accordingly. Maybe you set your vision board for the year or for six months and after that period, you want to make things a little more realistic. Altering your goals and therefore moving the goalposts absolutely ensures that your vision board will never fail.
But wait! There’s even science behind how it works too! Experts with unaccredited degrees say so. For example, there was a very famous and important study done measuring pinky finger strength when abducting it outwards and elbow bending. Thirty young, healthy, male volunteers participated, which is a fair and reasonable representation of the general population. There were three groups: those who practiced this action physically, those who practiced the action mentally and those who did neither. The results show that those who practiced the physical activity only in their heads improved pinky strength by 35%, while those who practiced physically improved by 53%. The control group showed no improvement. The mental group also showed an increase in neurological pathways or something, meaning they improved their actual thinking which is groundbreaking stuff. Somehow this is related to increased physical strength without any real explanation. Anyway, this study is cited time and time again that visualising results is almost as equally as good as doing the practical work. Ergo vision boards work.
Boom! Check mate!
Now despite the LOA meaning that the only way to achieve your goals is through manifestations/visualisations/affirmations, it turns out you do have to actually work too, rendering the principles of the LOA a bit redundant. Don’t worry, contradictory information is part of what it means to work in network marketing. Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions. So it’s time to get motivated, babes, because we have some hustling to do!
Chapter 11
Motivation
“With a positive attitude, you can grind yourself into the ground and still feel great about it.”
The idea of working yourself beyond exhaustion every single day can be daunting for newbies in network marketing. This is why a huge part of my job is motivating women in the business. I keep myself motivated every single day. Feeling motivated is addictive! Once you find your motivation you will never let go of it until you achieve your goals! Manifestations/affirmations/visualisations are only just one out of many ways to keep yourself motivated and practice your success mindset. Just visualising those designer handbags may be enough to get you through a sixteen hour work day rocking your business. However, for many, motivation takes a little more discipline and implementing several different methods to self-indoctrinate may be necessary.
Here are some simple steps you can take, which I strongly encourage everyone who is new to network marketing to do:
Note Taking and Journaling
The most important thing about note taking and journaling is that you need to have the right stationery. Get yourself to the stationery store and buy yourself anything that is pink and glittery including at least two planners, several journals and one of those pens you used to use as a child, because babes, we’re going to be writing a lot of bullet points!
As well as attending my seminars, as mentioned earlier, you will be required to attend regular business calls with your team. Similarly to how the annual conferences work, you won’t really learn much, but if you leave the call or seminar with a feeling of determination and excitement, then your upline will have done her job.
During your seminar or business call you need to be writing down notes, even when you’ve been going over the exact same points every single day for months, just like what college students do. I think. It is essential that you write it all down, especially the inspirational quotes and pseudo-witticisms. You must go back and read these notes in order to improve and strengthen your success mindset.
I bet you thought journaling was only a simple therapeutic tool! Well, in network marketing we like to appropriate all therapy into business practice. Get into the habit of writing down your manifestations/affirmations/visualisations in a journal daily. I personally have a full bookshelf of glittery journals that are filled with repetitive writings. Write down your goals for the day, reflect on how much you slayed your business that day and how much you look forward to doing the same again tomorrow. This is an excellent activity to do right before going to sleep to ensure that you even work on your business in your sleep. Never ever switch off your success mindset.
To sum up, if you take this business seriously you should have the following journals in addition to your daily planner: daily goals, business calls, seminars, conferences, daily manifestations/affirmations/visualisations, daily reflections and random motivational quotes.
Your Why
“Why” is now a noun it seems and is a top buzzword in the world of network marketing training to get you motivated! It is unclear who coined this term, but since plagiarism runs rampant in the world of network marketing training, it’s almost impossible to trace back. So I’m going to claim I made it up!
Finding your why should be relatively straightforward because of course it is to achieve financial freedom, which as discussed, leads to a lifetime of laziness and self-indulgence, which is ultimate happiness. Unfortunately, finding your why is often an unnecessarily long and drawn-out process that involves spending money for seminars and presentations. Check out my website to find out your why! Figuring out your why is a non-evidence-based scientific process. You don’t need a background in neuropsychology to make up stuff, just some childishly simple diagrams and a good price tag. During the process of discovering your personal why, it will become evident that it is generally just common sense. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend you check out my website anyway to double-check.
You will know your why once you find it. It should be intense, your ultimate motivator. It should be so powerful, so mind-consuming, that you will be willing to do anything to achieve it. Anything!
Reading
Academic literature, such as this book you’re reading, is such a great tool for motivation and improving your success mindset. You will need to purchase these books yourself and your upline may insist that you do so, but consider it just another business investment like your shiny journals and coffee. All of these books promise to provide you with the latest tips and tricks to achieving financial freedom, many of which promise to be the only book you need to read, but of course it’s best to read them all just in case, especially my books. Critics say that none of them provide anything original, nor any real tangible advice. Thankfully none of us listen to critics because they’re haters.
Make sure to set aside at least two hours a day for reading literature. See, this is becoming a full-time job already. The more you read, the more you will learn from the experts. Like any business, on-going training is essential so you know the latest techniques in recruitment and selling things over social media. Any good network marketing book will use strong motivational language to help you work on your success mindset. If we as best-selling authors and network marketing experts can achieve financial freedom, then you can too!
If you apply all of these techniques to your daily routine, then your motivation will grow stronger everyday. With enough discipline, determination and positive vibes, you can achieve your goals by bending the universe into serving your wants and desires.
One final trick to staying motivated is by keeping yourself alert with coffee, which will now be discussed in unnecessary detail in the next chapter.
Chapter 12
Your New Coffee Obsession
“It’s never too late to chase your dreams of obscene wealth.”
From the Wall Street yuppies snorting cocaine, to the network marketing founders popping pills, to the boss babes selling water filters who I’m pretty sure are on acid, it is an open secret that anyone who wants to make it big in business has a habit. However, for the sake of liability, it’s perhaps the only thing that will never explicitly be encouraged in network marketing. Think of drugs as the white powdered elephant in the room. What can be encouraged however, is getting people started on coffee.
It is considered to be highly fashionable, cliche even, to pretend to have a crippling caffeine addiction when you only have maybe three coffees a day. Just like the weather, it's another mundane thing you can make small talk with strangers, except somehow it feels cool, even when the coffee is piping hot. You could make your own coffee if you want to, but if you want to fit in with the real boss babes, you need to buy it from a large conglomerate chain store at least once a week (you know, to support small businesses!). You mainly want to order something that's equal parts sugar to coffee (such as an extra large caramel spice mochalattechino with extra cream and sprinkles and a side of fries). The sugar is what really gives you the energy boost, but that's negative so we all pretend otherwise. Just make sure you mention at every opportunity that you have your coffee in hand and that your business paid for it. People love that!
If you have never drank coffee before then don’t worry babes because we all start somewhere. You want to begin by drinking one coffee a day before building up to two and then double espressos at midnight because you just need to rock your business for another couple of hours.
There are two main types of coffee: infused, which is plain coffee normally made at home and espresso, which is used to make mochalattechinos. Think of espresso like a shot of vodka to make cocktails. It’s the same general principle. Buy yourself a device such as a filter coffee machine, French press or coffee pot to make infused coffee at home. If you drink instant coffee then you should immediately take yourself outside and throw the coffee and yourself in the trash where you both belong. I’m actually not being satirical or hyperbolic here.
You don’t really need to know the difference between fancy coffees like mochalattechinos and espressofrappelattes. Most people don’t. Most coffee shop baristas don’t either. Usually the difference is minor such as the milk being frothy as opposed to warm and fluffy and whether or not the espresso goes in first or last. Just choose any old drink because, in principle, they’re all the same. Rumour has it, in some coffee shops it doesn’t matter whether you order a mochalattechino or an espressofrappelatte, they’ll just make a mochalattechino anyway and no-one has so far noticed the difference. Whatever you order, just don’t forget to load it up with sugar.
Drinking coffee is also important on an aesthetic level, so it’s important to be drinking out of the correct cup. Usually a disposable cup from the conglomerate chain will be enough to earn you some social media likes, but it will also be necessary to buy yourself quirky mugs for that extra engagement.
Just to let you know, while I type this I am currently drinking a Kleinen Chocolate Espressofrappelatte with salted caramel syrup and a soggy muffin placed on top. I’ve already posted five selfies with it this morning. Thank goodness for my business so I can afford such a luxury. Thanks for asking.
Chapter 13
Network Marketing Charities
“Don’t count your debts. Count your blessings.”
Every network marketing company has a mission statement, which explains clearly and accurately what the company aims to achieve. Most network marketing mission statements are rewordings of the same message: “We aim to transform the lives of bored housewives through entrepreneurship and build a community of like-minded, business driven women.”
However, network marketing companies don’t just impact lives through business. Many of them, if not all, will support charities too.
Charities are a fantastic tax write off. You save money and you look generous by doing it. Network marketing is no exception. Just like filming yourself giving money to a homeless person or white saviouring in Africa for two weeks, openly supporting a good cause on social media is great for optics.
My business gives 0.01% of all proceeds to the You Bleak Foundation, which is an amazing charity that supports and uplifts women who once lived in poverty, but don’t anymore. After a rigorous selection process, which involves background checks, evidence that they did indeed once live in poverty, proof of marriage and five references from their church congregation, four women a month are treated to a weekend spa retreat.
The good work we do in serving others is a great way to not only avoid taxes, but also to deflect any concern or criticism. If anyone were to be hesitant to join the business, then you can claim how much we serve women in poverty. Anyone who wouldn’t want to join the company afterwards just hates women.
But that’s not all! We also award a single scholarship every two years to one entrepreneur in the business to attend a “Yourology” course, which is product training on one specific range of skin care products we sell. At the end you are awarded a nice certificate and for a small fee of $200, you can also earn a nice triangular necklace, which is exclusively available through the company after the course completion.
Of course, other network marketing companies also give back too. Rodent Feels famously provides orphans with anti-ageing cream samples and occasional small meals. Mulapoe gives away millions to the Church of Modern Real Estate Saints. Katy May spends millions by reminding people cancer exists and to panic about it. Long Living donates to a charity with unspecified goals and no mission statement. Herbal Love spends millions on marketing and tries to claim that as a tax write off by trying to register the company itself as a charity. Last I heard about the Herbal Lovers, they’re very keen into becoming classed as a religion.
Whatever network marketing company you become a part of, you can be rest assured that you will be making a positive change in people’s lives. Whether it’s empowering women to achieve financial freedom or giving an orphan a muesli bar, network marketing transforms lives for the better.
Chapter 14
Social Media and Recruitment Techniques
“Share the product. Share the business. Share the love. Accumulate the wealth.”
So obviously being able to use social media correctly is the key to network marketing and achieving financial freedom. It is the second most vital tool after success mindset as all of your team will be recruited through social media, including your own mother. First of all, make sure you sign up to every single social media platform available, even anonymous forums, and then you add some friends! If you're insecure enough, you'll have every single person you've ever met on social media: from the ugly girls you bullied in school who went off to coOoLLeGe and now live in big cities and won't answer your DM's; to colleagues from eight years ago; to that girl you met at a party that one time and you both cried on the kitchen floor together while totally wasted and promised to be best friends forever, but haven't spoken to since.
Your personal social media accounts are your workspace and must be treated as such, which means following a set of strict arbitrary rules. Simply scrolling through your personal social media accounts is strictly forbidden as every second must be dedicated to reaching out to new recruits into the business.
So in this business you have what's termed your "hot market" and your "cold market." Your hot market is your mom, husband, friends and your social media pals. Your cold market is literally everyone else in the world! Thanks to the power of the internet you can reach those other almost 8 billion people! Wow! Social media is a gold mine! Aren't you feeling that success mindset? I know I am!
I use the C.U.N.T. model (communication, uniqueness, networking and taking responsibility) for recruitment, which in my experience, is the best way to build your team and achieve financial freedom.
Communication

So how do we communicate with both the hot and cold market? Well, there are two ways to do this: indirectly and directly. With direct communication you approach new people and indirect means letting them come to you. We will discuss indirect communication in the next section, so let's look at direct communication- private messages.
The rules and advice for direct communication changes rapidly because the evidence of what actually works in this business changes all the time. Do you play the numbers game and spend your day selling the business opportunity to strangers or do you build up relationships first? Most business trainers will insist that one method is more superior than the other, but here is my secret: it’s a little of both.
Step 1. You want to open your message with something friendly. After all, people don't want a sales pitch straight away. Give it a couple of sentences before you get to the pitch. Usually "hey girl," "hey hun'' or "hey [insert name here]" are fantastic openers. It's casual like you were just catching up and people will fall for it 100% of the time.
Step 2. Compliment the person you're messaging. Flattery is the best way to soften your target and they will think you're a great person and want to keep reading! Examples could be "I just wanna say I love your profile;" "I think you're so pretty!" and the classic "You are so [characteristic]!" The relationship is already building.
Step 3. Now we get to the selling part. So in theory you could be selling products, but mainly you want to be selling the opportunity. It's important to be sneaky and subtle rather than pushing a hard sell. Say something like "I think you'd be great doing what I do," or "Have you ever considered becoming financially free?" or "You need to lose weight!" Wait for an answer.
Step 4. Now, usually the prospective boss babe will immediately answer with a “yes,” but on the rare occasion you may, for some bizarre reason, get a “no” and it is important you know how to deal with this correctly. We will later discuss the negativity of the word "no." You should never ever accept "no" as an answer. Usually "no" means "maybe later" or "I can't afford to join this amazing business opportunity as much as I want to become financially free!" So, if someone replies with "no," get into your success mindset. Ask them why and here is what to respond:
If the reason is because they can't afford it, then you need to debunk this myth. No-one can not afford becoming financially free. Tell them to borrow the money from family or friends or take out another credit card, but never lend them the money yourself because that's not empowering. Then tell them you will follow up with them soon.
If the reason is because they're not interested or have been told lies about the business, then that's awesome because, babes, you've got a challenge! Later in this book I will debunk every single myth and excuse, so you will know exactly what to say. So throw 'em a couple of counter arguments. Leave them for their minds to be blown and follow up with them soon.
Step 5. Follow up with every single person you contact! ALL of them! Whether it’s getting those new boss babes signed up onto your team or chasing up the strange people who somehow didn’t receive your message or weirdly forgot to reply. Give yourself at least four hours a day just for follow-ups! You could copy and paste something like “Hey hun, just wanted to check that you were still interested in this amazing business opportunity. I can fit you in for a business meeting at 1pm today. Looking forward to making money together!” Ideally you want to follow up the next day and keep doing so until you get a “yes.” There is only so long someone can ignore such an amazing life changing opportunity!
Step 6. Congratulations! The money is now just going to flow in! See? It wasn't that hard!
In the unlikely event that someone blocks you, remember that this is a good thing! Some people just can't handle such intense boss babe energy and they're obviously haters and have done you a favor by cutting themselves out of your life. Their loss! Good luck being poor, haters!
Uniqueness
Being a boss babe is, primarily, an aesthetic. It’s the visual illusion that you are successful, but in a very specific visually pleasing way. It’s about standing out from the crowd by essentially following the trends you think you’re setting.
There are certain elements that are vital in creating the correct aesthetic. It’s a very finely curated image designed to manipulate gullible people into thinking you’re living a life of financial freedom and abundance. Once you have mastered these techniques you will have a completely unique, highly successful social network.
What you post on social media is indirect communication to everyone who could potentially join your tribe. So you need to make people as envious of your life as possible. The more envious you make people, the more they want to be like you and the inquiries will just roll in! This is also known as attraction marketing and is directly linked to the LOA.
No-one will notice you, however, if you don't stand out from the competition. There are three ways that you can do this through uniqueness.
The first is to post as much as fucking possible! I'm talking at least once an hour. At least! Always be thinking about the next post. This way you catch the attention of your followers no matter what time of day they check their feeds and you will have so much content that it will be basically impossible for people to ignore you, babes! And the inquiries will just roll in!
The second is to buy some bot followers. All the best success mindset trainers do this. Around 300,000 is a good number and maybe buy a few generic comments like "Great content! Keep it up!" People won't notice that they aren't real and will think you're a real big shot in the business world. I know your following is fake Eric! People will not only take you seriously, but they’ll think you’re super popular and successful. And the inquiries will just roll in!
Third, you need to make sure your posts are actually so unique that your following will naturally grow! And the inquiries will just roll in! Here is a list of unique ideas:
The overall color theme of your social media must be rose gold and millennial pink (which is the non metallic version of rose gold). This is absolutely every woman’s favorite color right now, so your content will be immediately eye-catching as it will stand out.
Remember the pretty stationery from earlier? Well, about once every couple of days you need to arrange it on your desk with your laptop and a coffee. The laptop must lay in the top right-hand corner of your photo. Maybe add a candle if you're feeling extra aesthetic. Take a photo and post with a caption about how busy you are.
Got a pool? If not then rent somewhere that does. Renting fancy apartments that are often used to shoot porn is always a good idea! Now lay by the pool and take a picture of your bare legs. It doesn't matter if it's cold outside. It'll only take a minute! Post with a caption about how #blessed you are to work from anywhere! Even from adult film sets!
Post pictures of your coffee daily, but change it up to be unique. On Monday get an overpriced extra large caramel spice mochalattechino with extra cream and sprinkles and a side of fries. On Tuesday have a laxative coffee in a boss babe mug. On Wednesday a generic mystery coffee in a unicorn mug. On Thursday a plain latte with low fat milk and extra cream. On Friday an Irish coffee and on the weekend drink wine.
Visit a fancy car dealership and take some photos of yourself next to the cars. Make sure you get a couple of shots of you laying on the hood to hide the price in the window. Pretend you own it. If you can take it on a test drive, even better! Why not take a selfie or a video while you drive?
Visit a designer bag store and do the same thing. If possible, purchase the cheapest item and ask to have it in the biggest paper bag possible. Post a picture of you and the big shopping bag and brag about your shopping spree. Keep all packaging because people will genuinely believe you own more luxury items than you do.
Post quotes that inspire you and talk about why it inspires you in your business.
Get together with your fellow entrepreneurs and order one single round of cocktails. Take photos of each other's drinks and pretend they're yours. Go home before 10pm because you're boring.
Post a photo of you and the product you want to sell and make a weird face. Put products that don't belong in your mouth in your mouth.
Take before-and-after full-body pictures at slightly different angles and different lighting and post about your miraculous transformation, even if you’re just selling candles and nail wraps.
ONCE a month, you can take one short evening off where you sit in front of the TV with a glass of wine and slipper socks. Post about how relatable you are.
Don't forget to use multiple emojis for each word and fifty hashtags because, oh you know, you're just unique that way. And the enquiries will just roll in.
Networking
Let's talk about your cold market. As mentioned, this is essentially the entire world's population and you should connect with as many of them as you can. You should always be making connections because everyone has the potential to be exploited by you in some way. Maybe they will offer you some new connections! Maybe they will give you some new knowledge or advice for free! Don't lose your success mindset! It's all about making money from these people!
The best way to connect with new people is through social media. Join every single Facebook group and follow the steps in Communication. Track people through hashtags on Instagram and Twitter. Connect with EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. who interacts with you in any way, even if they liked one of your posts by accident and immediately took it back. The business opportunities are endless! Financial freedom here we come!
You can even network in real life and still follow the steps. Think about a normal day of running errands. Who do you interact within that day? Your neighbor, the postman, the lady at the supermarket checkout, the other customers, the pharmacist, the people at the bus stop and random people in the park! When you initiate conversations with strangers, they won't think you're weird after you bring up such a life-changing business opportunity! The positives far outweigh the benefits of people thinking you're strange. Babes, there is no excuse not to network! Which brings us onto....
Taking Responsibility
You. Need. To. Show. Up. Every. Single. Day.
I'm not aggressive or confrontational, but babes, take some f*cking responsibility! Show up! Lift up! Level up! I am sick of hearing excuse after excuse after excuse that their network has dried up. Oh really? You really connected with almost eight billion people? I thought so! This is not good success mindset! I'm here to mentor you! Not hold your hand when you fail because you just want to quit when it gets hard! Babes, business is HARD work! It's only easy when you get the success mindset! Financial freedom isn't just going to fall into your lap! Are you really going to let yourself fail? What about all that money you invested? All those gel pens? All that expensive coffee?
Now I have broken you down, go back to your phone and get networking. Have you thought about connecting with local buy and sell groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Have you thought about connecting with political extremist groups? Have you thought about connecting with balloon fetish groups? Babes, you've got some connections to make! And some balloons to blow up. Don't you feel empowered? Financial freedom is closer than ever!
Chapter 15
Ladies, Know Your Place
“Gratitude and servitude are my attitude.”
Image is everything in business. Sounds harsh, right? But let’s think about it for a minute. How do you expect a professional to present themselves? Would you expect a lawyer to show up to work in sweatpants? Would you expect a school teacher to address you with “Heeeeey guuuuuurl”? Would you expect a doctor to slounge in their chair, chewing gum and rolling their eyes while you describe your problem? Whether we like it or not, professionalism is all about image and network marketing is no exception.
Network marketing is incredible because not only does it allow women to empower themselves by becoming boss babes, it also reinforces female stereotypes as that is the prescribed image of a successful network marketer.
By definition, a woman belongs in the home. So in order to become successful, independent entrepreneurs, we need to do it within the four walls we are confined in, which makes network marketing the perfect opportunity. By living and breathing traditional gender roles, building your team and boosting sales will become much easier. If we continue to follow the principles of the LOA, like attracts like. So in order to make yourself appeal to as wide of a female demographic as possible, then you need to adhere to the quintessential all American middle-class, usually white, female stereotype. Gotta look the part to play the part.
If you don’t believe me, then just take a look at any network marketing team, large or small, it will become evident that all the members are completely identical to each other. I know my team all look alike. Often we end up accidentally swapping names. I’m pretty sure I used to be called Claire, but I can’t remember. Maybe that’s Ashley I’m thinking of. Now we have to wear name tags during business meetings.
The typical high ranking boss babe is a housewife in suburbia with two and a half children. She calls herself a “girl mom” or “boy mom.” She refers to herself as “wifey” and is married to her “hubby.” She has blonde hair, wears jean shorts, has an ankle tattoo and whoops loudly in bars. She was popular in high school, drives an oversized car and makes light of her drinking problem.
While these seem like frivolous standards in defining femininity, the anecdotal evidence is solid proof that it’s true. The more stereotypical you can make yourself, the more women will be able to relate to you and join your team. It also pleases the Lord.
Mom Shaming
Women in network marketing are incredibly clear on how children should be raised, whether they’re mothers themselves or not. According to misunderstandings of Attachment Theory, children can only form attachment to one single person ever and that is their mother. Therefore it is vital for development that mothers must be present for their children at all times, even when they are at school or with friends. It is the role of the mother to protect their children like a momma bear from all risks, except online. This means taking their children to church and raising them in a chemical-free household, meaning not even water should exist in your home since that is a chemical itself.
Mothers who aren’t in network marketing may work outside of the home or have hobbies. It is unacceptable to pay for childcare or allow other family members to raise children. Network marketing provides the solution to mothers who are parenting wrong.
One of the best recruitment strategies for this business is through shaming mothers who do not raise their children like you do. You can do this by showing off how perfect your family is because you got into network marketing. Plaster your children’s faces all over social media. If you don’t have children, you can use a team member like boss babe Samantha! She has two biological children aged 6 months and 12 months. She is the perfect mother because her family looks so happy on social media! She also sells shakes and empowers women to sell shakes too! Isn’t she cool? Why aren’t you cool like her? Don’t you want to be like Samantha? BE SAMANTHA!
The results speak for themselves. I’ve heard time and time again from mothers who are relieved to finally have the opportunity to be physically present for their children twenty-four hours a day while simultaneously working their business. They get almost no sleep and they love it. We have celebrated many entrepreneurs who work their business in labor and while actually giving birth. We even had a boss babe attend a conference call while screaming through labor pains in between discussing recruitment strategies. It was the most inspirational conference call I have ever attended.
The business also appeals to mothers from both sides of the political spectrum: from conservative religious antivax moms to hippie dippie crunchy antivax moms. In network marketing, we welcome distrust and misunderstanding of science. Often it is actively encouraged if it helps sell the business opportunity.
Let’s face it, if you’re not doing network marketing, then you’re not doing motherhood right. If you’re not doing network marketing, are you even a woman at all?
Chapter 16
Empowerment
“Don’t search for absolute perfect happiness. Create it!”
My passion in life, besides financial freedom, is empowering women!
Empowerment is the number one core value in network marketing, besides profits. It is the glue that holds your team together. This is a business that thrives from women lifting, elevating and raising other women up. Because it is assumed that women have such low self-esteem and are incapable of becoming successful on their own accord, every success is praised to the highest heavens (I’m so proud that you made it this far in the book, babes!) no matter how large or small, with a tribe of women behind her to uplift her to the next level. Simply joining the business will bring you more celebration than your initial sales.
There are so many ways to empower your tribe of entrepreneurs. As your downline are all independent business owners, their main incentives aren’t going to be working for a salary or earning benefits. Instead, your team is working for business trips, the sisterhood, being spoiled rotten with cheap gifts when they make their targets and pats on the back. It is incentives like these that keep your boss babes pacified and more likely to stay in the business long term.
Here is what I do with my team of sisters. Once a week, I take them to a business meeting at a bar. They only allow us back if we promise not to harass the patrons with the business opportunity. Their loss! We get cocktails or wine (the only things women should drink), celebrate any goals reached by whooping obnoxiously, brainstorm our goals for the next week, taking selfies and cold messaging in between the fun. My girls always say with drunken delight that they can't believe this is work and this can't possibly be a real business meeting. And they're right. Sometimes one of them has a little too much and picks fights. She's a terrible person, but such a boss!
We also enjoy doing pointless exercises together like weird rapid breathing to let the good vibes in or chanting mantras for twenty solid minutes to strengthen our success mindset every time we have a conference call.
We are beautiful! We are strong!
This chant is twenty minutes long!
Sisters let us preach!
Financial freedom is in our reach!
Commenting on each other's social media posts is an obligation. Make sure to regularly post pics of your team doing fun things together. The more popular and cool you make each other look, the closer financial freedom is within your reach! After all, this is also an incentive for other people to join the business. Everyone wants to be a member of the cool girls’ club. That’s how adults think.
Team Leadership
Empowerment and leadership come hand-in-hand like designer handbags and happiness. As a team leader, your biggest concern with your team is optics. Leaders lead by example, which means they have to appear to be working the hardest, have the strongest success mindset, be the most charismatic, be making the most money and have the most aesthetically pleasing social media. A walking-talking personification of the business. By being the best example and being held to the utmost standard, your team will follow.
Part of what it also means to empower a team of women is to keep them in line. I berate my team on a regular basis on team calls. It is an essential part of keeping them motivated. As I lead by example by being the best, I shame and scold my team for not reaching the same unreachable level. It may feel wrong to harshly criticize and insult your team, but if you’re going to be a leader, you need to aggressively establish dominance.
You may also be required to resolve conflicts. Maybe two of your team members are fighting. Encourage them to channel their anger into their success mindset. Maybe one just recently assaulted a service worker. Just keep that quiet because she makes you money. It's still empowerment anyway.
The ultimate goal of empowerment is to prevent your boss babes from leaving the tribe. If they are not empowered enough, then they may begin to look at their failures, make excuses, let go of their success mindset and not make you any more money. This is everyone’s fault except the system’s. If this unlikely scenario were to happen, then you need to act fast, babes! Get those boss babes empowered again! Conduct an emergency meeting, get some wine, talk about goals and say something inspirational. Love bomb them if you have to! If it’s serious, this may even have to involve some glitter!
Chapter 17
The Annual Conference
“If you always look on the bright side, you can’t see the darkness of failure.”
All network marketers are obligated to attend the biggest hype fest of the year- the annual conference! Usually the name or theme is connected to empowerment. So it may be called Uplift, Power up, Elevation or Leadership. Generally, the same four or five names are recycled in a loop to coincide with the company turnover.
If you want to take this business seriously, then it is essential you attend the annual conference. Once a ticket is purchased, often for several hundred dollars each, they are often non-refundable and non-attendance will result in a $100 penalty.
The key word when talking about the conference is “hype”! You probably won't learn much there, but man does the energy feel good! Unless of course you attend my training session there. Yes! I'm coming to the conferences this year: Boss It Up, Motivate, The Time is Now and Boss Babe Fest. Tickets for my training cost $200 extra. What a BARGAIN! Definitely worth the price of a conference ticket, flights and hotel!
At an annual conference, you and your team will have the opportunity to socialize even more away from your family and meet other boss babes from all over the country. As many as twenty thousand people attend these conferences and every single one of them is on their way to achieving financial freedom- every single one! You can smell the future riches and frivolous spending in the air! Someone get an architect! We’re gonna need twenty thousand new mansions built in the next five years!
Of course in the meantime, you and your team will share hotel rooms. Tripping over each other in the night and sharing restaurant meals. These are positive things because it shows your dedication to making short term sacrifices for long-term gain. Just make sure to only share the exciting parts of the experience on social media.
Speaking of materialism, get ready to be excited over some free cheap merchandise! You and your tribe will be like children on Christmas morning as you squeal over your exclusive pens, mugs and hats with the company logo crudely stuck on them. These are the incentives you paid hundreds of dollars for!
The conference is a chance for you to bounce energies off each other and absorb the good vibes which will keep you feeling excited for at least three days afterwards until reality sets in again. You will have the chance to do so many business building activities such as doing more Godforsaken brainstorms and having the chance to listen to some amazing speakers and trainers such as myself, none of whom have been to an actual business studies class.
Award ceremonies are the most self-celebratory events of the conference. Top performers are presented absurdly large checks and prizes on stage, which cannot be received unless they attend in person. It is customary for the top distributors to thank the business for the opportunity, rather than the business thanking them for working so hard. No matter how high you climb in the business and no matter how much of a boss babe you become, there will always be a certain level of expected subservience. Always praise the business for the opportunity.
That’s not all. At the conference, you may have the opportunity to meet your idols- the very founders of the business themselves. If you’re lucky enough, they may take a few seconds out of their day to take a quick photo. Sniff their hair. That’s what financial freedom smells like.
In a corporate job, business announcements are usually boring and no-one really cares about new product launches, but not at a network marketing conference. Have you ever seen a stadium of people react to a new vitamin supplement launch as if it’s a rockstar? Or a crowd of people roaring with excitement over annual growth? Or people literally fainting and throwing their underwear on stage because the company is launching in Moldova? This is network marketing, babes! Everything is a celebration!
Be prepared to stay awake for 48 hours straight. It is vital that you get no sleep so you don’t have the time to reflect and realize it’s all bullshit. After a night of partying with your fellow future millionaires, it all starts again the next day at 6am with more group activities and speeches. Being still drunk and/or high from the night before guarantees the most hyped audience for the guest keynote speakers. That’s why the most famous ones usually speak on the second day.
By the end of the conference you’ll be so exhausted, you’ll be delusional about how valuable the whole experience was. Even after you come back down to reality, you will absolutely be counting the days until the next year!
Chapter 18
Free Trips
“Real living is not surviving, it’s thriving.”
When you run your own network marketing business, you have the opportunity to earn a free trip, which can be expensive to attend. Unlike the conferences, work trips are reserved only for the elite members who work their business enough. I’m not saying that network marketing is cliquey, but the eilitism can put a lot of pressure on many entrepreneurs. This may mean that many of them will feel obligated to invest even more money into the business in order to level up rank or maintain rank. What a boss babe move!
Most boss babes think that the trips are an opportunity for a getaway with their spouses and to relax with their team. Some companies will empower women so much that they do not allow them to attend the trip without a husband. However, this is no vacation. This is a business trip, but just in a semi-fancy location like a cruise ship bar. In this business I do not expect my team to ever switch off their success mindset.
During every trip I expect my tribe to work their asses off. Since we’re all together we take advantage of the opportunity to have extra in-person business meetings and make more thorough plans for moving forward. We then sell the business opportunity and the dream to other passengers. The great thing about this is that the cruise ship company we travel with changes every year and we’ve never been on the same ship twice. Our founder said they are having difficulties finding companies that will take us. This is good because it means we have a completely new set of passengers’ and crew’s lives we need to change! This is a smart business move.
The rest of the trip consists of creating social media content: taking photos of the team, making videos of us partying and pretending we are living our best lives. There really is no other way to market your business than posting drunk photos of your team sorority squatting, each sipping sangria from a fishbowl and Susan looking like she’s about to puke.
Often boss babes will reflect back on the trip and may say in private that there was a lot of tension in the air and they felt they were being constantly judged by others. Babes, this is such an amazing example of empowerment! It is an honor to hold everyone in this business to such a high standard that we want to compete and better ourselves. This is what it feels like to really use your success mindset on a work trip. Remember, you are doing all of this for financial freedom.
Chapter 19
Time Management
“Take action today to change your circumstances tomorrow.”
One excuse I hear time after time after time is “I don’t have enough time to work the business”. This is such a pathetic excuse and it makes me scoff into my breakfast chardonnay every single time. Babes, we all have the same twenty four hours in the day. The only difference is that you’re just not making the most of them like I do.
Let me tell you about how I structure my day with my unrealistic routine and how you can do exactly the same. You need to get up early in the morning and start off with a workout. I recommend getting up at 4am followed by a cold shower before breakfast. It is a known fact that your level of success is directly correlated by how early you get up in the morning, regardless if you have slept the same hours as everyone else. I personally get up at 3am, but because I like to empower women, I am generously giving you an extra hour in bed. I’m also just not as lazy as you.
Now getting up that early will be difficult at first. It was difficult for me, but it allowed me to have an extra four hours before 7am to work my business. I like to get ahead of the game and be ready before anyone else wakes up. I’ve had multiple complaints from people demanding I stop messaging them so early, which has resulted in me being blocked. Good! They’re taking the trash out for me. I don’t need that negativity in my life.
Of course, now I’m financially free I don’t need to get up at 3am anymore because I’m already awake at that time anyway, finishing my bottle of wine for the night.
After 7am I made breakfast for my man like a woman should. Our breakfasts were as idyllic as you imagine. Freshly brewed coffee, pancakes with fruit and some disgusting green stuff that negates calories or something which costs $25 per serving. We would laugh and talk together as a family should and discuss our goals for the day as we watch the sun rise out of the window.
Then after an argument I would do my daily affirmations for an hour and get back to work at 9am and work my business until 12pm. In the morning I usually ran a conference call before networking again. I’d then go for a daily run and prepare lunch for 1pm. We usually ate separately by this point in the day. I spent my lunch hour answering emails. In the afternoon I’d do follow-ups, read some inspirational literature and journal my achievements and goals. At 6pm we’d have dinner and then I’d go out in the evening with some of my team for some hard-earned cocktails while we discussed business. In the half an hour before I went to sleep, I’d reflect on my day and think about my goals for the next day.
Now I don’t want to tell you this because I am clearly more disciplined and you are just lazy. I want to inspire and motivate you and show you what a realistic work day could look like to you if you just work your success mindset hard enough. This was what it took for me to be able to retire myself and you can do it too!
Chapter 20
The Product
“Entrepreneur is just another word for someone who has the courage to grow.”
So at some point, which is perhaps one of the lesser things to know about a business, is that you're going to have to sell a product or service. You will find that most of your business training is not focussed on product knowledge, but rather consists of aggressive insistence about why you must remain loyal to the company and invite others to join. The product is generally an afterthought. Nevertheless, we should talk about it, even if it’s only of minor importance.
Social media posts advertising and promoting the products should be sprinkled in amongst your sea of posts promoting the business opportunity. You should mention how much you love the product to encourage people to order from you.
Network marketing companies always sell the most superior products in the business, even if several of them are selling a different version of the same thing and different prices. This is why you love the products so much and for no other reason.
It is a well known rule in network marketing that you must be a product of the product. Now of course you are not necessarily required to buy excess product for personal usage, but you are required to buy excess product for personal usage. Hey, gotta spend money to make money! Being a product of the product not only means using it for its intended purpose (washing your hair with shampoo, diffusing essential oils to make your house smell nice etc.), you need to invent new ways to use the product. Put essential oils in your drinks, use make-up as Halloween face paint, make sex toys into a nice necklace, eat leggings, use boxes of inventory as a chic way to decorate your garage and so on.
Not only should you use the products everyday for multiple purposes, but you should become concerningly obsessive and protective of them too. A good start is to refuse to use any alternative product, even if it is from another network marketing company and shame your family, friends and random strangers for using alternatives too. I personally stopped talking to my sister for two weeks until she converted to my products as long as I paid for them.
You also have to believe in the product you're selling and that involves ignoring all questions and absorbing as much confirmation bias as possible. You may wish to read up on questionable, non-peer reviewed and poorly conducted studies. You can read up on anecdotal evidence and join mom groups on social media and soon you will believe, without any shadow of a doubt, that supplements cure cancer, horrible tasting coffee makes you lose weight, essential oils are medicine and garish mumus are fashion.
Legal Gray Areas
You can technically make illegal false health claims about the products you’re selling if you go about it in the correct way. Make sure to stay up to date with compliance because this is a legal game of cat and mouse, so whatever I say here is okay may not be okay in a few months time. But anyway, by then I’ll have another book out so it doesn’t matter.
What you cannot do is outright say that, for example, essential oils cure cancer because they don’t. However, you can allude to this by giving anecdotes which imply the essential oils cured cancer. You can say your cousin Sarah got cancer, ingested some frankincense oil and then she got better. People will definitely fall for this trick because as we know, correlation is equal to causation. Always.
Other medical claims can be implied by using vague language that sounds like a product is medicinal, but is actually medically meaningless. Phrases such as “supports the immune system” or “promotes healing” or “boosts gut health” are all such empty phrases. None of these phrases can be specifically defined and therefore cannot be accurately measured and tested. This is why these phrases are absolutely perfect in network marketing! They are free for the taking without any need for evidence to back them up. I can even tell you that this book is actually supporting your immune system right now! And it’s not really illegal!
Equally meaningless is the word “detox,” which is overused and poorly defined in the entire wellness industry, not just network marketing. Although the only proven detox product is a dialysis machine, this does not stop the word being thrown around so freely and carelessly. Because it is so overused with no legal consequences, you can use the word “detox” as much as you want with no repercussions. So go wild! Claim your shampoo detoxes your scalp! Say your nail wraps detox your fingers! Declare your leggings detox your life! This shit is unregulated and it’s wonderful!
Almost all network marketing products are unregulated by the American Food Safety Organisation (AFSO) including supplements and essential oils. So to avoid any legal trouble, just make sure you place a disclaimer in impossibly small to read lettering somewhere in your post that your claims are not actually supported by the AFSO. Therefore you can basically legally get away with anything!
Leggings cure death!
Parties
Everyone knows the old school way of selling network marketing products and that’s traditionally done through hosting parties. Historically, this method of selling is not successful long term as boss babes tended to run out of family and friends to host the parties very quickly. Thanks to social media however, network marketing is back in full swing as online parties are easier to host than ever.
Many network marketing companies require their distributors to livestream several times a week to an audience that should be increasing with each broadcast. Livestreams allow for a larger attendance than you would at an in-person party. Remember, potentially, the whole world could be viewing your stream. Somehow these are still called parties, despite attendees being generally invisible and with little interaction.
In the livestream, new products should be demonstrated and best sellers promoted. Generally the top boss babes get their husbands to help them, so it is advisable that you should do the same. You silly woman.
Product Launches
Product launches are a big deal and are usually a massive event for business owners. Even though it’s incredibly obvious when a launch is going to happen because they use the same tricks over and over again, they somehow always take boss babes by surprise.
As distributors within the company are the main customer and the biggest fans of the company, they are the first to hear about a special upcoming announcement and it’s going to be big! Life transforming! Impacting! The most ambitious and courageous thing the company has done yet!
The hype begins.
Boss babes everywhere are sharing the upcoming announcement on social media. If you want in on this special, exclusive, life-changing secret then you need to get in on this business opportunity! This recruitment method never works. Nevertheless, the tension and excitement builds. Someone is going to get very rich off this announcement and it could be you!
Sometimes the announcement will happen at the conference. There’s usually at least two product launches at the conference. Other times it will be announced online. The boss babes are frantic to hear the news. This is going to be very special!
Ta da! It’s a new mascara with a slightly different brush.
The crowd goes wild.
Immediately, the distributors crash the site for pre-orders. They joke about breaking the internet, even though no actual customers are yet involved in the process. You haven’t seen chaos quite like this, not since the last launch that resulted in you having 200 excess foundations stored your garage that just won’t budge. They wait for hours in line to get the new product. Best to order twenty, fifty, a hundred! The boss babes are buying this stuff fast, meaning they will definitely sell out to customers too. Maybe order an extra fifty. Just another investment in order to achieve financial freedom.
It’s 24 hours later and the CEO’s make a special follow-up announcement. They’re dressed to the nines and are popping open a large bottle of champagne. Wads of cash sit in front of them. We did it, babes. The most successful launch yet! Thirty million units sold to the boss babes! The CEO’s congratulate everyone for their latest business investment and wish everyone luck on selling the product onto customers. They smirk as the announcement ends.
Another successful product launch in the bag, but not your bag.
Chapter 21
It’s Not Fraud If You Don’t Get Caught
“If you want to lead, you gotta learn how to read!”
It’s an open secret that most billionaires make their money through insider trading and rule bending. This is also the best kept secret in network marketing. A billionaire mindset means you’re going to have to do the same in order to reach the top! It’s not fraud. It’s empowerment!
Every network marketer knows that in order to rank up, you’re going to need to achieve a certain amount in sales. There are several ways to inflate those numbers artificially. This is a fantastic example of faking it til you make it. The LOA in action! Once you introduce artificial sales into your life, then the universe will manifest real sales in turn. Just keep that success mindset and visualize it everyday and the rewards will follow.
There are different techniques you can use depending upon which rank you are sitting. Since higher ranks do not help out lower ranks financially because we run a feudalist system, you are going to have to inflate sales from actual customers if you are new to the business.
Many network marketing companies have a subscription based system for special customers. What you need to believe is that most customers who try to cancel don’t really mean it. They will definitely regret cancelling their subscription because your products are just that amazing. Think about how surprised they will be when their auto-shipment is delivered when they weren’t expecting it. By reinstating their order regardless of what the customer says, they will be incredibly grateful for it. Plus you will have an extra sale for that month through your own effort and initiative. It’s a win-win!
You can also surprise new customers by sending them an unexpected package of things you ordered for them with their credit card information. While legally I can’t tell you how to obtain people’s credit card information, if you happen to just stumble upon it, well why not send them a present that they paid for? Anyone who is careless enough to allow their identity to be stolen is just asking for network marketing products to be sent to them! Even better, you could even send them a starter kit and have them join you as a team member! What they initially thought was theft, actually turned out to be a gift of a life changing business opportunity. Tell that to the judge and if you have the right success mindset they will join your team too.
Once you quickly move up the ranks by building your team, you will be in a position to exploit them for your own gain. By requesting, demanding even, your team buy from you to boost your rank, you can promise them that you will support them in return when they need help. Of course you won’t do this, but nevertheless it always works when you need it. Sometimes in order to be empowered, a little more money needs to work it’s way up the triangle from the bottom. We’ve all done it, so therefore it’s completely ethical.
Demanding purchases from your downline is incredibly simple. By disguising it as an opportunity to uplift you, they will take the bait. They should want to see you succeed. This business is about making everyone succeed. To demonstrate, here is an example from a real group chat from a couple of years ago:
Me: Hey babes! I need y’all to do me a favor. I’m $3,000 short this month for my promotion. I need y’all to purchase something from me within the next twenty-four hours so I can make it to triple-silver-aquarius-managing-market-supervisor-corporate-mentor-coach! Should take only around five minutes if you all act now! Let’s go go go go go!
Natashley (my upline): Come on guys! Let’s support Amy! TSAMMSCMC let’s goooooooooooooooo!!!!!
Me: This is not a drill babes!
Kay8leigh: Just purchased some laxxy coffee babes!

Chapter 22
The Irrelevant Chapter
“Time flies. Make sure you fly higher.”
You could say my journey to spiritual awakening began when I took a trip to the country of Europe when I was 18. I had only been to Europe only about fifteen times before, so this was a real adventure. This time I was travelling on my own. I was supposed to be going with my friend Rebecca, but unfortunately I had to cut ties with her as she wasn’t interested in joining my team. Somehow she nevertheless ended up on the same flight as me, stayed in the same locations and even made some friends along the journey. I ignored her.
I was able to get my way around Europe because I got a D in Spanish in high school, so I was more than capable of communicating the basics. My plane landed in Kraków and I was ready for the adventure of a lifetime! I came with nothing but a backpack, my phone, a laptop, my dad’s credit card and two large suitcases. I was ready to get back to nature.
There is nothing quite like the feeling of setting your soul free as you sit in random European airports drinking overpriced substandard beer checking your likes on social media. I spent perhaps three or four days in each city, mostly doing photoshoots. Somehow Rebecca and her friends were not far behind. I think one of them called me weird. I continued to ignore them. My social media engagement was steadily increasing. As I sat waiting for my flight to London, I noticed one of my posts had received over fifty likes. I was becoming someone!
London was great because for some reason everyone spoke English there. I remember waking up on my first morning in London. I had a killer hangover and one of Rebecca’s friends was asking me if I wanted to come sightseeing with them. I got up and stormed out without a word to get some coffee. The word “asshole” was uttered by one of them as I slammed the door. They were probably calling Rebecca that.
Wearing the same clothes as the day before, smudged make-up and glitter still in my hair, I splashed down the wet pavement searching for a caffeine fix. I don’t want to sound cliche, but on that typical morning, little did I know that my life was about to change forever.
I never knew exactly when I was going to meet my soulmate, but I knew for certain that it would be in a high-end organic supermarket. Coffee and cigarette in hand, I was beginning to get hungry. Knowing that it was only a matter of time before Rebecca’s friends would catch up with me, I found a small over-priced supermarket and decided to buy my favorite snacks- celery and rose wine.
Of course a regular shopping trip requires at least one complaint to the manager and this day was no exception. As I was yelling at the manager why it was unacceptable that there was no clear labeling informing customers whether the celery was gluten free or not, I felt someone tower over behind me. His bellowing voice roared, “I need to speak to the manager about these oats not being vegan enough!” He was tall, arrogant and smelled a little funky. For some reason he also had no shoes. He had the same bottle of rosé in his hand. I don’t know what it was, but something in my intuition knew that he was the one.
It was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. By that afternoon I had moved into his apartment. Two days afterwards we were engaged. He was perfect. His parents were rich so he could afford to live a life of freedom and delusion. He told me he was some sort of cult leader, but also worked part time as an artist and drug dealer. I told him I was an entrepreneur CEO boss of a multi-billion dollar company. I don’t know if it was his air of pure pretentiousness or the drugs we took, but our souls just connected. We were made for each other.
This man opened my eyes to the truths of the world. He introduced me to the LOA and magical thinking. He validated how important and influential I am. Through a drug induced haze I saw it all clearly! I realized that we could make massive changes in healing the world just by making an artsy social media post. I took up painting, meditation and poetry and posted about it constantly. My following grew even larger and I deserved it.
The best piece of social media art we made was when we were high and I dipped my hands in blue paint and smeared it over a canvas. I carefully listened to the universe and moved the paint where it told me to. I always knew I was above average in all of my skills, but this time my inner genius had manifested itself. Nothing but my raw talent and utter brilliance flowed through my body and onto the canvas. I became an untethered being. My soulmate inspired me and encouraged me as the masterpiece formed in front of his eyes and the camera. It was the LOA in action, a miracle! It solidified my belief in the LOA and my power to manifest whatever I wanted. The final result was a blue circle and it was the greatest piece of art ever made in history.
My soulmate told me about his movement. He ran weekend retreats for thousands of pounds where he did meditation instruction, brainwashing and sleeping with attendees. Because our relationship was so special, so sacred, so spiritual, I was invited to join him as his exclusive VIP guest at a slight discount. He told me he had to charge so much money because his knowledge was a special gift and it was too much of a business opportunity to give away for free. I was in awe of his genius.
As our relationship bloomed, we also developed a solid business relationship. In return for joining his movement, he joined my team. This meant I was finally entitled to a $5000 bonus to be paid in installments over two years. I was only in the early days of my business and already it had blessed me in ways I could never have imagined. Everything in my life had fallen into place simply because I had manifested it from the universe.
Meeting my soulmate was the best thing that had ever happened to me besides network marketing. Words cannot describe the feeling. After several days it was like we had known each other forever. It wasn’t just physical or psychological, but spiritual. Our energies had become one and it was beautiful. It was so easy. Everyday was like waking up in paradise. It was nothing but perfection.
By the weekend we had planned to move to the amazon rainforest in Australia together and work our business from the beach everyday. He would run the retreats and I would recruit the members to my business. It was a beautiful plan. Financial freedom was a certainty. Our tickets were booked. This was it! The beginning of a life together of absolute perfection in heaven.
We broke up after four days. I don’t think he ever told me his name.
Chapter 23
It’s Not a Cult
“If sales are down, it’s because you’re down. Start looking up and begin levelling up.”
There are many myths surrounding network marketing that will be discussed in the next chapter, but perhaps the most insidious misconception out there is that network marketing is a cult. So let’s get some things straight. Network marketing isn’t a cult!
I could simply end the chapter there, but let me explain further.
I began my journey of entrepreneurship by joining a company which sold a variety of health, household and beauty products. The founder, Leanne DeVan is an amazing and inspirational woman. Born to an unmarried mother by rumored immaculate conception, she knew from a very young age that it was her calling to dedicate her life to empowering women through business. This realization happened one day when her mother sold her successful catering business- cash and gave every penny to her ten children to blow on whatever they wanted. Whatever they wanted. So naturally they spent it on candy and toys, which resulted in financial troubles and expensive dentist bills. From that point onwards, Leanne promised herself that she would never face such financial hardship ever again.
After being involved in a network marketing company for many years and seeing the benefits it brings to so many people, Leanne decided that she could empower even more people by selflessly setting up her own company.
It truly is an honor and a blessing to work for a company run by Leanne, someone who cares deeply about every single entrepreneur she inspires. When I went to the conferences, she would set the room into a pure frenzy of excitement when she walked on stage. The energy was electric. People were screaming her name, desperate for the slightest nod in their direction. I’m sure I even heard a few women orgasm. I remember Leanne standing on stage for a solid five minutes in complete stillness and silence as the audience roared with admiration and worship. Everyone in that room had waited months to see her in person. Several had sold some possessions just to attend. It was mania.
Leanne is very charismatic. It’s what makes her so popular and a good sales person. She is a phenomenal public speaker full of witticisms and hilarious anecdotes. She presents a finely curated public image of being relatable and an utterly perfect goddess. One minute she will talk about how quirky she is by casually mentioning she regularly day drinks and in the next minute she’ll list off all the celebrities she has tried to recruit into her business. With every sentence she spoke, the audience whooped and cheered. There were frequent standing ovations, often at completely random moments, even when Leanne was mid-sentence.
As I hustled my way up the ranks I was blessed to meet Leanne on stage several times, something many people would literally kill to have the chance to do. It’s true that you will never forget meeting your heroes. Your saviours. In her typical caring fashion, she shook my hand with the most beautiful smile and most expensive veneers I had ever seen. She smelled as good as she looked. Her eyes were a slight scowl from the bright lights. I was personally congratulated by her, even though she called me Sarah by accident, as her assistant handed over my first five figure check. Five figures in cents anyway. I wept as I stood in Leanne’s glory. Because of Leanne, because of this woman standing before me, I had the opportunity to become financially free. If it weren’t for this wonderful woman, a woman of utter perfection, I have no idea where I’d be today.
I cannot emphasize how much Leanne cares about us. How many lives she has transformed because of her kind soul. She has given us so much through the business opportunity that we have no problem giving back to her. Humbly, Leanne will show her gratitude on social media by posting her perfect family on their private jet or sharing images of large family meals in one of her mansions. We have given that blessing back to her and she completely deserves it. We are honored to see her so thankful and thanking God everyday for her material possessions.
Our business is also known for its blue dress parties, which Leanne began hosting sixteen years ago. Before rose gold took over, blue traditionally represented femininity and purity, two of our most upheld values, which is why it is worn at these parties. No trousers allowed. Blue dress parties are exclusive, secretive events which can only be attended by the top entrepreneurs in the business. In order to attend, you have to prove your worth by working your way up the ranks to the top of the triangle. Since these parties are secretive because they are so sacred, I cannot explain what goes on. All I can say is that blood sacrifices may or may not be made at these events at the triangular altar of Leanne.
Leanne is also always right, which is why she should never be questioned or criticised. I will not hear a single bad word against her and have indeed disowned a couple of friends who did just that. Those who question the business are quickly dealt with because there is no way this business would have gotten to the sheer enormousness that it is today if Leanne didn’t know what she was doing. She is an expert in business and how to make the system work for everyone. You have been blessed to be welcomed into the opportunity, so don’t start stirring up shit when this business is giving you so much. If you have any problems it’s because you are the problem, not the business, and you must be silenced. Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions.
There are also so-called journalists who have tried to smear Leanne’s name. I can confidently say that all of their claims are lies, from false earnings claims, to running a scam to hiding her assets in shell businesses. All of these things are lies. It is because of these things that outsiders can never be trusted, especially those who have left the business. Their motive is jealousy. It’s always jealousy. You can trust us in network marketing. We will always give you the truth. We are the only path to financial freedom. We will never exploit you.
To summarize, our business is not a cult. Leanne cannot be a cult leader because they are driven by greed and power, whereas Leanne is driven by love and compassion and deserves all of her wealth that she worked so hard for. Anyone who calls network marketing a cult is simply a hater and their negativity should be blocked out.

Network Marketing Myths
“Girl, stop crying, pull yourself together and get back to business!”
There are unfortunately many other myths surrounding network marketing. It is important to be informed on the truth in a world of misinformation. In this chapter I will go over the most common myths and how to debunk them, something you will unfortunately need to do on a regular basis in your career.
Myth 1: It's a pyramid scheme!
Babes, this is so easy to debunk you will never fear the word "pyramid" again. There are three simple answers to this. First you respond with "It's not a pyramid scheme! Those are illegal!" Boom! Got 'em!
Now be careful, because sometimes they respond with "Just because it's illegal, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Murder is illegal, but murder still happens!" Now I know this is a personal attack because she just called you a literal murderer, but don't worry. You just need to hit her with this: "Actually huni, we're not a pyramid scheme because we sell top-quality products! By definition (this part makes you sound smart!) a pyramid scheme does not sell any product."
Now usually at this point you've OWNED the hater and they'll want to join your team, but on a rare occasion they might, with one dying gasp, come out with: "Actually, a business can still be classed as a pyramid scheme, even if it has product, if the majority of the money comes from recruitment and/or insider buying."
Okay, so you now go in for the kill with this absolute slam dunk:
"Actually, every business is a pyramid scheme! Think about your typical corporate job! You've got your employees at the bottom who make up the majority of the company. You've got the supervisors who make more money than the employees. You've got the managers who earn more than the supervisors. And at the very top of the pyramid you have the CEO who earns ALL the money! Oh, and it is actually impossible to be promoted past your boss or become the CEO for some reason. YOUR job is a pyramid scheme! Thank goodness I am my own boss and CEO and am on my way to achieving financial freedom!"
Mic drop.
The logic is flawless. Perfection. And now you can await the reply from your now former-hater, desperate to join your team. You did it boss babe! You did it!
Myth 2: 99% of people either don't make money or lose money in this business.
Well, it's not my problem that 99% of people are quitters and losers. Only the most special people who deserve financial freedom have what it takes to succeed. You could be in the 1% with me if you had the right success mindset, but to me it sounds like you're full of excuses! Watch me or join me. Buh-bye!
Myth 3: The product is of poor quality and over-priced.
You will no doubt hear this one a lot, but there are ways to debunk this myth depending what product you're selling. Some examples are:
"Actually, our products are 100% therapy self-certified genuine!"
"Actually, our products are all natural. You can't find all natural coffee anywhere else!"
"Actually, our products work! Our product is the only non-scam weight-loss wrap on the market!"
"Actually, our leggings are very versatile and make excellent wash rags!"
"Oh, so you won't support a local small business? Didn't realize you hated women!"
Myth 4: The car isn’t free
Uh, yes it is SWEATY! As long as you retain your rank by maintaining your sales quota and pray that no-one leaves your team for two years then yes the car is actually free!
Myth 5: The market is oversaturated and therefore it’s impossible to be successful
So market saturation is defined by having too much supply over demand. Too much product, not enough customers. Well, again, there are several ways to debunk this. It takes a little simple math so buckle up! We’re going to sound smart!
With my company, there are around one and a half million customers. That sounds like a lot, but remember this is only 0.15% of the total US population. Let that sink in… 99.85% of Americans are NOT using our products yet. When you’re selling the best products on the market, there is no way that 0.15% of the population is over saturated. Babes, we’ve still got another 99.85% left of market potential! We are only just getting started!
Let’s also look at another example using fast food restaurants.
McKentucky King is North America’s most successful fast food franchise. They make around $20billion in revenue every year. There is one restaurant for every 20,000 citizens.
Now, let’s use the example of the largest network marketing company Ranaway. There is one distributor for every 430 citizens.
Now can you imagine a McKentucky King with 20,000 customers coming in for lunch? Can you even imagine 430? They wouldn’t even cope! Clearly we are ahead of the game in network marketing by providing a more realistic boss babe to customer ratio. Obviously network marketing still has a long way to go, but we are blowing billion dollar companies out of the water!
Myth 6: Network marketing is just bored housewives playing CEO dress up.
Babes, if 0.01% of people in this industry are making millions of dollars, then this is not dress up! Network marketing has been a legitimate business for decades. We are supported by the Selling Direct Association (SDA) which is a lobbyist group that has the interests of network marketing companies at their core. As long as our businesses are making billions of dollars, we are not going anywhere and we are legitimate!
Chapter 25
Dealing with Hate and Negativity
“Personal growth leads to business growth, which leads to money growth.”
So babes, there's a lot of unpack here. Haters are the main challenge in any business. Once you have the right success mindset it should, in theory, be easy going, but unfortunately in real life we have haters. It's totally normal and healthy for people to have several haters, but in business hate is such a big problem that we're going to need to go over this point by point. I even run a three day seminar just on this topic. For today only tickets are only $2000. If you don't book your spot, then maybe you're a hater too.
So what is negativity?
Negativity is basically anything that kills your vibe. It comes hand in hand with hate and should be avoided at all costs. Negativity could also come from you in the form of questioning the system and doubt.
Trust the system. Trust the plan. Blindly follow. No questions.
The system is perfect. Always and forever perfect. It never fails.
Doubts are incredibly dangerous because they are contagious. This is why they must be avoided at all costs. When one person brings up doubts and questions the system, then this encourages other people to think for themselves and do the same. The water has been poisoned and everyone’s success mindset begins to crumble. By bringing up questions, you are actively making your team fail. This is not empowerment and you hate women.
If you begin to feel doubts, then they must be dealt with immediately. The best way is to repair and reinforce your success mindset. Work on your mannifestations/affirmations/visualisations for twice as long twice a day. Pray to your vision board for an extra hour a day. Work your business harder and the doubts will soon fade.
If doubts are left to fester, then it can lead to (which I consider the most blasphemous word) quitting.
Never quit!
Quitting is the absolute worst thing you can do in network marketing. Quitting is the guaranteed one way track to failure- it is the choice to fail, meaning you will never achieve financial freedom. If you choose to fail, then you will likely blame the perfect system of network marketing and join the ever expanding pool of haters and losers. Well babes, I have no time for losers and neither does your team!
Since your team does not deal with any negativity and due to the contagious nature of doubts, you will lose all contact and will be blocked by your team. Losers hurt the success mindset and must be shunned at all costs, which is why you must also never speak to anyone who quits your team ever again. This is called Bless and Release. They are blessing you by releasing themselves of your negativity.
Remember, it isn’t a cult.
Negativity is dangerous because it often leads down a slippery slope into excuses, which severely damages your success mindset.
An excuse is anything that begins with "But...." We don't use "but" in business. The only acceptable conjunction is "and" because it implies additional steps and positive success mindset! Just change that "but" into an "and." Let me show you how this works:
Negative and bad: I would work my business until midnight, but I'm so tired at the end of the day.
Positive and good: I will work my business until midnight and I'm tired at the end of the day!
Wow! What a boss! See the difference that makes?
Most of all, the most negative of all negative words that must never be accepted is the word "no." Now, haters will say that this is problematic, but "problematic" in itself is negative, so we shouldn't listen to that. As we have discussed already, there is no such thing as “no” in business.
So what is a hater?
Haters have nothing but evil intentions. They are sad people with no life and their only goal is to bring others down because they’re jealous that successful boss babes are not miserable like them. There is no nuance to hate. No other explanation. It really is that simple and childish.
What is hate?
Hate has many synonyms such as: criticism, concern, disapproval, critical thinking and facts. So be aware if someone uses one of these terms- they're just being a hater and a bully. As a boss babe you will probably have to face many more haters than you normally do. The explanation is simple: they want to bring successful people down to make themselves feel better. They're jealous of you! Society tends to hate rich successful people who show off, but you're no longer going to care what corporate society thinks! You have a success mindset!
I’m going to tell you the main way to deal with hate and that is, babes, you've gotta cut out all of the negativity out of your life! Whether it's a stranger, friend or family member, do the positive thing and cut all contact forever! Block people on social media who ask the wrong questions. Shun people for leaving your team! Talk shit about quitters! It's called self-care babes. Disown them all! We're your family now.
Alternatively, there is another way, which is a favorite method among top boss babes. It's obvious that haters are just immature, so rise above their level with some solid passive aggression. Really let the haters know that they're not getting to you. Post photos of you living your best life with captions about how much you really don't care about haters. REALLY rub it in their faces, but passively, but obviously! Haters gonna hate! Let them really know a busy boss babe like you has no time for haters! Tell 'em you are positive vibes only! That'll show 'em!
If you want to subtly direct your message to a single hater, then you refer to them as "SOME people". It's subtle because it's plural. An example could be "SOME people just don't want to see you spread your wings and thrive! But I won't let SOME people's negativity get me down and stop me from achieving my goals! Fuck you Julie!" What a wonderful positive message that is. You do you babes! Don't let the haters win!
Chapter 26
Jesus
Matthew 19: 20-24; Matthew 21: 12-13
The Holy Bible
Jesus loves everyone, even you, which means you are special and He has big plans for you! You know you were made for more than just being a simple suburban mom with all the necessities to survive and more privilege than most people in the world today. You're special! And babes, you deserve more!
As the Bible clearly states, especially in the New Testament, God will bless you with material wealth, such as designer handbags, if you pray hard enough (trust me, it's there! I would never abuse religion for my own personal greed!). This concept is similar to the Law of Attraction. By using performative practices such as using #blessed on your social media, financial freedom will come to you.
Make sure to also mention that Jesus Himself invented network marketing and it is a gift from Him. This makes boss babes more reluctant to question network marketing because it may mean questioning religion itself. If you use His name, people will think you are a good Christian. After all, no-one has ever abused His name for personal gain and greed.
Chapter 27
Business Coaching
“God. Goals. Growth.”
Network marketing business coaching is an incredibly lucrative industry, which is also super easy to get into because there are no recognized qualifications to become a coach. Anyone can simply call themselves a business coach or social media coach and charge people money for their basic advice which can be found for free elsewhere.
It’s important to realise that most business coaches have never themselves been successful in network marketing, nor have any real academic education or experience in running a successful business. It’s amazing how successful you can become as a coach without ever needing to take your own advice. The real talent and skill is being silver tongued enough to convince people you can teach them how to be successful regardless of your own success. You can even fabricate a few details here and there because no-one wants to admit that they made their money just by selling courses and nothing else.
How to become a business coach
To become a business coach, you simply need to declare yourself as one and immediately start charging a LOT of money for your advice. Change your social media bio to anything you feel suits such as “Network marketing coach and trainer” or “Social media developer.” Then add a little sentence such as:
I help women achieve their business goals!
I empower women by helping them grow their social media following.
I help women become millionaires!
And so on. You get the idea. Do you need any success stories to back up your claims? Haha! Laughter is joy!
Next post a big announcement on your social media about your new journey in your career. Done! Congratulations! You are officially a qualified business coach! Proud of you, babess.
How to stand out
Just like your career in network marketing, everything you post on your social media serves a marketing purpose. Got family? Great! Post how much you value your family, even if your children hate it and your husband is threatening divorce. They are your best marketing tool. No-one who loves their family could ever be untrustworthy.
Of course, the main challenge in business coaching is how to stand out from the competition. The answer is obvious. We all know the secret, but never say it out loud. So let me be honest and frank:
You need to be an obnoxious asshole!
It’s one thing to carry yourself with confidence, which you will have already developed in your network marketing business, but in order to really carry a room, you need to develop some arrogance. Knowing you are the best is confidence. Arrogance is making everyone else know. It is asserting your authority and expertise onto your audience. It captures their attention. It even makes them a little afraid. The bravado will hypnotize the audience into not seeing your greed and hunger for power.
If you’re a woman then you also need to be conventionally good looking. If you’re a man this is somehow irrelevant since your arrogance is enough to carry you.
What does a business coach do exactly?
As a business coach it is your duty to provide cookie cutter solutions for complicated problems. Generally you want to put in as minimum effort as possible for maximum profit. Never tailor advice to individuals. Always give broad, vague advice to suit as wide of an audience as possible. Part of your time will be spent putting together materials of all the tools you learned through your network marketing journey and charging a fortune for it. These materials can range from simple presentations, to booklets, to weekend seminars. It’s all the same. Just make sure to repackage it so your audience keeps coming back.
Of course, half of your job as a network marketing coach is to constantly be present on social media. You need to make some bite-sized chunks of advice to get people clicking. A good way to grab attention is by telling network marketers what they’re doing wrong. By doing this, people will automatically buy into your expertise. Some examples include:
“Stop making these five mistakes immediately! You loser!”
“Three things network marketers do wrong because they’re idiots!”
“Why you’re failing at network marketing and why it’s your fault!”
You will find that you will be spending the majority of your time advertising and marketing your business, especially once you have put your basic materials together. It will take some time to build your reputation and trustworthiness as a business expert, but once you have sold enough courses or seminars you will be raking in the cash.
Chapter 28
The Perfect Motivational Speech
“You are always enough. Money, however, is never enough.”
Once you’ve built your reputation up in the business coaching sector you will earn the title Business Guru. You will begin to be invited to speak at events, particularly conferences. Your role is no longer to be an educator. In fact it never was your role to be an educator in the first place. You’re an entertainer. You don’t do speeches. You do performances!
The absolute peak of your business guru career will be when you are finally invited to the biggest network marketing conference in the world. The gig you’ve been working towards for all these years. You have tens of thousands of boss babes who have travelled hundreds of miles just to hear you speak. You’re not doing quick twenty minute to half-an-hour sessions anymore. This is a full hour long show! This is the gig that people will refer back to in years to come. It has to be an absolute hit. The audience has brought popcorn! And ice-cream. They’re waiting. And the ice-cream is melting.
Regardless of your gender, you will be introduced on stage as an “amazing mom, business owner and leader” in that order. There is a high probability that most of your audience will have never heard of you before they joined network marketing, so you will also be introduced as a best selling author and they may overinflate your success just to get that audience hyped for your entrance. You’re in for the celebrity treatment. It’s time to walk on that stage for the performance of a lifetime!
It’s important that your speech follows the correct general motivational formula. Basically your message, like every single business guru's speech, will be “You need to be more disciplined and train yourself into becoming an obsessive workaholic until you achieve financial freedom,” but spread over an hour. That’s a real skill in itself, so you’ve got to fill the space with the same wishy washy nonsense as everyone else, while still being unique and blowing your audience away.
Of course every show stopping entrance begins with a “I’m so excited to be here today,” even if you’re only really thinking about that paycheck and can’t wait for the next hour to pass. The key to a fantastic, crowd pleasing speech is to be able to talk at length about nothing in particular. The perfect ratio is 100% showmanship and 0% substance. It takes a little practice, but is relatively simple to master once you learn the tricks.
A perfect performance, I mean speech, needs to appeal to emotion. So first, you need to give a backstory about how network marketing helped you overcome poverty and hardships, no matter how privileged your background is. Getting emotional and pausing to wipe away an absent tear will really captivate your audience. Tell them how thankful and humble you are to be in the position you are in today and what an honor it is to serve others because they make you rich.
With crocodile tears out of the way, it’s time to move onto the audience’s own emotions. As described earlier in this book, even though you aren’t a professional in psychology, you can just make up anything about how emotions work. Ideally you should focus on one particular emotion and talk about it for a solid half-hour. My favorites are fear, joy, happiness or doubt. Tell your audience that negative emotions are actually positive because they are designed to challenge you.
Rhyming, acronyms or other play on words is an excellent tactic to make it sound like you’re saying something profound and true. Nothing makes a crowd go wild like what is essentially a simple nursery rhyme. Even the most simple common sense can be stylized to sound incredibly clever. My personal favorite is the “3 X’s of Y” formula. It’s actually shockingly easy to make these things up. See table below for examples. Your audience will be blown away by your faux wisdom. This is why inspirational quotes are so popular, even if most of them don’t really make sense.
Once you have convinced your audience that they have total and complete control over their own emotions, while hyping them into a frenzy and making them believe they are doing business training, you then need to talk about haters. You can use the same information as given previously in this book. Just make sure that you mention it’s not a pyramid scheme and that haters are losers. By really ramping up the divide between those in the business and those outside, you want to create fear of ever leaving network marketing. Your goal is to reinforce network marketing beliefs and discourage any outside viewpoints.
Don’t forget to tell them you show up every single day and repeatedly mention “We are only just getting started!” at random intervals.
As a guru, you will be put in a God-like position, ironically by religious people who are taught not to worship any other God. Miracles will be performed before the crowd’s very eyes as you miraculously fix other peoples’ relationships by telling women to get back in the kitchen and commanding them to look more attractive for their husbands. These are things you are not qualified to do, but with enough arrogance you can pull off anything, even miracles.
During the speech, you may perform several small miracles, but each of these will build up to the climatic performance- the big miracle. You’re going to permanently change someone’s life by talking to them for as little as ten minutes and then immediately forget their existence. You will ask your audience a simple question such as “Who here is being doubted by someone they love?” “Who here is dealing with problems in the bedroom?” or “Who here is experiencing issues with incontinence when they sneeze?”
Next you will pick a member who has raised their hand. Normally a few of them will have been pre-selected beforehand by your team. They generally look for those who seem the most suggestable. This is similar to how magic shows work. Time to work that magic as you single them out. Generally you want someone near the front row so you can hear them. You ask their name.
Next you ask them why they are having problems with people doubting them, problems in the bedroom or incontinence when they sneeze. Get to the core of the issue. Keep poking them. Physically poke them until they give you an answer. At this point they are usually crying. This is good. You’ve broken them down. Humiliated them. Now you’re going to build them back up.
Now, you give them some basic advice. Tell them to disown their loved one, look hotter for their husband or invest in pads, but do this with intensity. Stare at them right in the eye and do not blink. Never blink. Even yell at them a little. Then complete your session by telling the individual how strong and inspiring they are.
And the crowd goes wild.
Encore!
You bow. It’s time to start wrapping things up. You end the sermon by giving them the “take away.” Something to ponder on when our audience leaves the show. If you’re feeling lazy, just bring up your rhyme or acronym again as a recap.
If you are going independent and are not affiliated with any network marketing company, you may want to work with other business coaches and fraudsters. I personally collaborate with doctors that promote dubious snake oil. The great thing about doctors with unconventional methods is that most people won’t check that they actually bought their degree from a diploma mill. I generally find these people great to work with because they have so much charisma. Great sales people. Really know how to tug at the heartstrings.
The best sales opportunity you will ever make is when standing on stage in front of thousands of people. I personally now promote overpriced supplements and future trainings. Chapter 29
Retiring Yourself
“She believed she could. So she built a pyramid empire!”
Did you know that the word “retire” is a reflexive verb in network marketing? That’s because network marketing is an incredibly innovative industry. Not only are we changing the world of business as we know it, we’re changing language.
One of the first questions asked in network marketing is “When will I be ready to retire myself?” This can be tricky to answer because money can be very addicting as you will be absolutely raking it in and it will never feel like it’s enough. Your upline will encourage you to stay because they love empowering you so much. It’s completely okay if you don’t retire yourself before the age of 30 if you want to save for that second mansion. Some people don’t retire themselves until 35.
What it means to retire yourself is to be able to live a life of financial freedom and therefore you will never need to work again. A blissful life of pure laziness and nihilism. However sometimes it can simply mean leaving a corporate job to work in network marketing full time. You could retire yourself from nursing, teaching or parenting in order to dedicate all of your time to the business. Ideally you want to be able to do this as soon as possible, if not immediately after signing up.
A very common goal is for boss babes to retire their husbands first. This is a very realistic goal because you don’t necessarily need to be financially free at this point because they can spend their time freedom helping you out with your growing small business. I personally recommend retiring your husband on your first day of the business and sign him up as your first team member.
It is a misconception that you will be able to retire yourself once you reach the top rank of your business. When you get there you will be working twice as hard as you have ever worked to maintain your team, but of course you will be earning the money you deserve. How long you wish to stay at the top of the triangle varies with each person, but you want to maintain this title for at least a year to maximize your social status and therefore success and therefore happiness. Remember network marketing is not just about the money- it’s about popularity too.
During your journey to the top you will have been encouraged to spend as much money as possible to exaggerate your lifestyle for social media. This means that you will need to also stick around at the top for a good while in order to save money while simultaneously frivolously and luxuriously spending. Just make sure you continue practicing your success mindset and visualisations and the money will manifest. Just wait a little longer and it’ll come. It always comes. You always get what you deserve and you deserve the best.
