The 3 C's of Success
As a typical network marketing CEO business entrepreneur, how many messages do you send out in an average day? Two hundred? Three hundred? It can be tiring sending out all these messages, but it is one of the most essential steps in achieving success. It is the first of the 3 C's of success:
Connection
We make hundreds of connections every single day. Not only are you connecting with a person by sending them messages about the opportunity, but you're doing it whenever your on social media at all. Whenever you make a post about something relatable, you are connecting. When you like someone else's post, you are connecting. When you like your own post, you are connecting.
That's not to mention all the connections we make in real life. Whenever you greet the cashier at the supermarket, you are connecting. When you take the bus, you are connecting. When you pass strangers on the street, you are connecting. Anyone who senses your boss babe energy and acknowledges your existence is connecting with you.
Connection is key when we are sharing the business opportunity. We want to ensure that those we reach out to really understand that we have chosen to communicate with them specifically. We want them to feel special and unique. This is why it's essential to build a relationship before hitting them with the sales pitch. They will be more likely to not only say "yes" to the opportunity, but also commit to the business and their journey.
A great way to connect with people is to focus on their insecurities. Most likely they are a mom and all moms are insecure about momming properly. If they're a mom, they'll probably be insecure about their weight and have failed ambitions. They have most likely lost some sense of identity and community. This is all great stuff because network marketing will solve all of these problems!
Courage
It takes a lot of courage to make it big in network marketing. You will, not may- will, find yourself fighting against aversity from former friends and family members who will disguise their hate as "concern." However, by focusing on your goals and ambitions, it gets easier, especially as you become more successful. As explained here, nothing quietens a hater more than your own success. Until then, you need to hold your head high because this is your journey, not theirs. You know that this is your purpose. You may even have to bless and release those who stand in your way in the meantime. Disowning loved ones is positive if it benefits the business.
When you start your business, you may also feel a little timid sharing the opportunity with literally every human you know. Many people say that is feels "weird" or "creepy." It will take courage to overcome your sense of what is socially acceptable, a lot of courage. We all love to sit in our comfort zones, but success will not fall into your lap if you don't get out there and do the work. Reach out one person at a time and as you build your team and see the results, you will stop caring about coming across as a lunatic. Even dignity has a price is financial freedom is the goal.
Every top boss babe will tell you that they started off as a shy introvert before money turned them into an obnoxious eccentric. They embrace their reputation and exploit it to build their empires. They will talk about how courage was what got them where they are today and if you are half as courageous as they are, you can take your business to the next level too.
You will find the courage if you approach this in baby steps. Start by inviting your family and friends before moving onto strangers on the street. Invite the postman, the lady at the checkout at the supermarket, your dentist. Sell them the dream! With enough practice you will be unable to go anywhere without recruiting another boss babe into your downline. It will become automatic. You will be unstoppable. So be courageous! You've got this!
Consistency
I'm sure you're absolutely sick of hearing the mantra: You need to show up every single day! Sick to the back teeth! But there is a reason why we repeat to the point of beyond meaning- because it's true! Every single day means every single day!
No-one is successful over night, not even in network marketing if you can believe that! It takes commitment and consistency. You have to give your business 110% every single day, no breaks, no treats, no down time, no sleep! If you recruited five people into your downline today, then you need to repeat this process again and again and again. Duplicate the formula, empower your downline to also build their businesses. Keep going everyday with the same enthusiasm as day one!
