As the saying goes, if you're the most successful person in the room, you're in the wrong room. We all need to surround ourselves with people who will empower us, encourage our ambitions and validate our goals. This is why having a team of boss babes is essential to success in network marketing. 

I don't think I'm being melodramatic when I say that my team of girls saved my life! They saved me from the mediocracy of suburbia, they saved me from being just simply average and from not getting enough attention. They helped me to grow and allowed me to empower them to grow too. We all grew together and every single day we are helping others grow, to grow their business, to grow their confidence, to grow their abundance of wealth! By working together, we are elevating each other and up lifting our confidence and our ability to impact others! Network marketing isn't just a business! This is a movement for women to empower other women!

Every woman who joins a tribe of women in a network marketing company will have the opportunity to learn about the unique culture of empowerment. When you are feeling unmotivated, there is a whole team behind you to hold you accountable and give you that pep talk. They help you show up every single day so you can take your business to the next level!

However, having a team of women above you isn't enough. If you want to grow your business as a CEO entrepreneur in network marketing, then you also need to build your own team! Building a team is essential to ranking up and achieving financial freedom, but this is good because it forces you into a situation where you must empower other women in order to empower yourself. 

One mistake a lot of new network marketers make is that they will recruit anyone who is breathing into their team and that is good for getting to the second or third rank, but afterwards, you're going to need to take your team more seriously. It is a known fact that those who will also rank up under you will be the women who have the same integrity and passion for the business as you do. This is the stage where you find your family, your sister wives, because you are all in this together for life! This is a bond so toxic, you will never even find it in the tech industry.

So the next question is how do you find these women to join your exclusive tribe? Generally you will be able to spot these women by finding women who look very similar to you, eerily similar. This is a principle taken directly from the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. There is a reason why the women in top network marketing teams are incredibly interchangeable. They're all the same person.

You have already completed the first step by finding your leads, who are your doppelgängers. Next, you need to invite them to make a connection with you. See this useful table for examples. This is normally done through cold messaging them on social media. Then you empower them by talking about how network marketing could be the solution to all their insecurities and problems. Then you sell them the business opportunity and sign them up. Finally, you then lead your new team member to do exactly the same and on and on the cycle goes until everyone in the world has been recruited.

Once you have found several doppelgängers, then you need to make sure you love bomb them as much as possible. Everything you do in this business, you are doing out of love for empowerment. Praise every action they take to the highest heavens. Tell them how much you love them and how inspiring they are for simply signing-up to the business. Whoop loudly at them in every conference call for the first couple of weeks. Celebrate their future successes!

After just a few short weeks in the business, you will have your very own powerful tribe of ambitious CEO entrepreneur boss mommas!
